LOL!!! Never thought of that. My ex has a number of contacts inside the beltway, and she told me that Hillary does in fact like the girls. She says her source is unimpeachable (won’t tell me who it is), but it is still second-hand hearsay. Take it as you will.

Until we unite behind a nominee to go against
HER!, I will continue to promote the candidate who is most in line with my views and my understanding of the roots of this great country. I kind of thought that was the point of primaries...
No matter who becomes our nominee, he will get exposure just by virtue of being the nominee. Latest poll I saw this morning on FR showed that Hunter would win by a landslide... if people would stop gaming their "electability" pragmatism over their principles.

Every Republican president and Vice President since LBJ has been portrayed by the media as a complete and utter fool. Every Dem is portrayed as a genius.

I am a Thompson supporter, but in the poll I voted for Tancredo. Sure, Duncan is a good choice, but I don't like his spending habits. The pork has to be cut, and Duncan ain't gonna do that. He will probably happily sign every spending bill that crosses his desk, just like W.

Fred Thompson is consistently in second and occasionally third place in the race, with the elections a year away this is comfortable territory.”
Actually, the election that counts is in about 3 months. And two of those months will be completely consumed with holidays.
I like Fred, and plan to vote for him in the primary, but I fear time is running out.

This guy’s writing requires a professional editor. He is definitely not ready for publication.

The U.S. news media, who are a herd of sheep—or wethers to be exact—get their political biases and direction from the New York Times. The Times gets their orders from the Democratic National Committee.

This guys writing requires a professional editor. He is definitely not ready for publication. Yeah, this is one of the big problems with instant publication on the Web. These guys without even a high-school level of grammatical capability can write articles that get published without being proofread. "Well, he works here, so his stuff must be ok!" Right...

A FR poll....okay, good source there. I can go look at a poll at DUmmieland and it will show Dennis K and John Edwards as they top two choices, and it means nothing. What are his numbers in outside polls? But I imagine a great many of those idiots will also think they have the monopoly on “principles”.

What is this guy talking about??? Fred needs to get the nomination first!!! A year???? How about 70 days!
To: Jeff Chandler
I stopped too. Very poorly written. Fred has 70 days till the first primary.
To: Michael A. Velli
lol. Now that was hilarious!!!!!

Well, to be blunt, it does not matter cause Hunter hasnt got a prayer. I guarantee you Hunter's name will pop up as a possible Defense Secretary or other Cabinet-level pick.

There's a scene in Mr. Smith Goes To Washington when he first arrives in town. The media takes some photos of him and makes him appear to be a fool.
This is not a new game that they play. Some deny the game EVER has been played and that the media merely reports the "facts" as they see them.

To: Bogtrotter52
That wasn't my point... but thanks for the vitriol. No, I was referring to the many conversations we seem to have to have on this forum (the one where the poll was taken) regarding electability. When asked who would you
want to elect, you get Hunter. That's not who we're throwing our weight behind, though. We're playing foolish pragmatic games... and this is before the primaries.
This is the time to vet all of our candidates and get the best choice. It isn't time yet for the lesser of two evils again... or are we just getting conditioned that that's the way we're supposed to vote?
