She’s probably confusing the word “won” with the word “staged.”
My take -
*Winner of the debate: Joe Biden
*the most stupid candidate: Richardson
*craziest: Dennis Kusinich
*most honest: Dennis Kusinich
*the most presidential: Joe Biden
*biggest surprise: how Obama mangled an expected YES-NO question. According to Hardball it took him, IIRC, 199 words to answer it.
I repeat what others have said - lets be thankful Biden has no chance. In a general election, he would be the hardest to beat. But Democrats are too taken with Hillary.
A trivial observation - her jacket was not a good choice and the line between her lashes and eyebrows, like mini eyebrows, look odd.

One more political item before the weekend: Newsbusters’ Rich Noyes asks “Did Democrats shoot themselves in [the] foot by boycotting Fox News?” The story includes a biting commentary from FNC’s Chris Wallace on the Democratic debate last night.
“I watched about the first hour of it, and then I thought I was getting stupider so I turned it off...But that’s more a commentary on CNN than it is on the Democrats.”
And on the difference between Fox and CNN when it comes to debates.

I like your attitude. There are so many defeatists here. I think she will lose too. I plan on doing my “happy dance” when they announce another GOP presidency in 2008. I will have my tv tuned on Keith Olberdork that day.

Well, Edwards and Obama lost it, but I doubt that means Hillary won. Diamonds or pearls......blech!
not ONE soundbite of that cackle after the debates? heck...that’s all you could hear during the first 30 minutes...and it was LOUD....then POOF, it was gone.
There is little if anything that I would agree with Biden on, because he is a Democratic Senator, and there is little difference in his voting record than Kennedy's or Kerry's. But I will give him this, he is the most knowlegable Democrat candidate on foreign policy that I have seen in a long time. If these debates were real, and they had real journalists who were both knowlegeable and did their homework and asked probing questions on foreign policy, Biden would really put the rest of that field to shame.
