Bill (Mr. Triangulation) will not let her do something so totally stupid that would put in harm’s way the men and women in our armed forces.

LOL! - wait a minute ... LOL!!

USS Cole.
Mogadishu.
Khobar towers.
The reaction to the first attack on the twin towers.

Etcetera, etcetera...

Yes, bill really protected our fighting men by ordering them to not bear arms and remain totally defenseless, and then thrusting them into the hellhole of Africa for no reason to America at all, while simultaneously withholding their armor. Yep. - We really need protection like that.

You missed my drift completely.

It isn’t about Bill being concerned about the servicemen, but about Bill protecting Hillary’s power, while what you are saying about these issues is correct, it pales in comparison to the size of the Iraq issue.

Even Bill and Hitlery would not risk the political damage that would ensue if they made the wrong step in Iraq and the result was massive loss of life.

Given their history of failures, this would destroy his and her legacy, and that seems to be something that is tantamount, at least to Bill.

“I believe that there could be no greater catastrophe for America than to have hillary as president.”

The greatest catastrophe would be to discover that there is no significant number of men left in the US who are willing to take arms against tyranny.

This staunch supporter of the Second Amendment will never vote for a gun grabber like Giuliani. Or Romney, for that matter.

Rush, as good as he is on stuff, would NEVER support a Third Party Conservative against a RINO against a LibDemSocialist in a Presidential election.

I dont think it is in his nature. If vast droves of conservatives, i.e. his audience, went elsewhere if faced with Two Liberals From New York in General election, I would imagine the nature of the broadcasting business would suggest he might back peddle a little.

Every man has his price.

He may not but it bothers me that the GOP seems to want a liberal. Is it really about winning or is it an opportunity to move to the left? Maybe both? JAT.

I believe that there could be no greater catastrophe for America than to have hillary as president.

At that point you are just voting for a quick end to the Republic or a quicker end to the Republic.

Not enough difference to really matter.

I will not vote for either.

They are so much alike they might as well be peas in a pod!

If Guiliani wins the nomination and y’all don’t support him or vote third party you might as well be voting for Hillary.

Bull crap. If Giuliani is the best the Republicans can do, then they can do without me. If it comes down to Hillary or Rudy, then my guns are history. The lesser of two evils is still evil. If Rudy is the nominee, then the Republican Party needs to do some serious soul searching. In the meantime, I'll be searching for someone else to vote for.

“So why will one non-conservative again mean ‘the end of conservatism’ in this party?”

Your reply was addressed to me, but you’re apparently quoting someone else. I don’t think I’ve said any “non-conservative” would necessarily mean the end of conservatism in the party.

“Are we THAT weak that we can’t argue the issues and make the case for our conservative values?”

Most of us aren’t.

“We don’t get our way, so we stomp off, tossing the election (and who knows how many more) to the democrats?”

I’d probably walk with dignity to a more conservative candidate and leave the outcome of the election in God’s hands.

“How will this benefit the conservative movement?”

There are many possibilities. Maybe it would cause moderate Republicans to help us nominate a conservative in 2012.

LOL, good grief, Conservative voters out in the real world will not slap our soldiers in the face with Hillary and Bill, again.

Conservative voters out in the real world tend to vote their morals first.

If Rudy is the nominee all the dirt about Rudy that we already know here at FreeRepublic will become commonplace knowledge because the MSM and Hitlery will be using it as a club to beat Rudy over the head with.

This will peal off enough dis-spirited principled voters to easily hand Hillary the Presidency.

Rudy is unelectable because of his EXTREME LIBERAL Past!

He is the only Republican Presidential Candidate guaranteed to hand the Presidency to Hillary.

Na, real world Conservatives are sane, they will not allow any member of the UnAmerican Democrat Party to be our sons’ CIC, the Dims behavior since 9/11 is unforgivable.

Yup, Rudy's nomination guarantee's Hillary's win.

Four years of Clinton the I gave us a majority in congress. Four years of Clinton the II will do the same.

"He is the only Republican Presidential Candidate guaranteed to hand the Presidency to Hillary."

Amen! The MSM just keeps on forgetting that the public is on to their game of painting a candidate any way they see fit and it sticks. They are the ones who are stupid if they think this dog will hunt.

9/11 did more than wakeup America to an Islamic threat....

**Hillary is too much concerned with her own power**

So knowing what we know about Hillary Clinton. You know how she uses any means legal and illegal, what do you think is going to happen when she takes office? Do you naively think she will just serve out her term and retire? Do you think that someone who has craved power like she has and broke the rules is just going to follow the rules in the end?

I will use as example other underestimated politicians who was power hungry like Hillary. Chavez, Putin, Hitler.

I was active duty under the Clintons, Money for everything Hillary promises will come out of the military budget just like Bill did.

I agree. Hillary is much worse. Hell, any of the current dems are much worse.

I think Guiliani will choose conservative SC judges and I think he’d be good on WOT. He’d suck on immigration and border control, imo. I hate his stand on abortion and gay rights.

At this point, I’ll vote repub no matter what. I’m still waiting to see what happens, who wins the repub primary. But I won’t vote 3rd party at this point.

I like to see/read what people are saying, etc. I’d much rather have a fiscal and social conservative with strong immigration and border control ideas and implementation plan but I don’t see that yet.

The repub party is losing me. Half the time I can’t tell a dem from a repub. Sometimes, our current govt. sucks. I’m all for a strong 3rd party but I don’t see it happening this election. It will take years to build but maybe in 2012, it will be possible.

I won’t throw my vote away, by voting 3rd or whatever party this time. I’d rather have anyone but a dem, esp. Hillary, as President next year.
