I believe that any newscaster that calls the president of the U.S., regardless of party, a “monkey” should be removed from her job. At a minimum, all advertisers should pull ads, until this occurs. If they don’t, boycott their products. This needs to start a wave of email, phonecall disgust. And what’s that, Rush is dating her? is that true?

I think someone was tired and silly but not disrespectful. Or, she may have been referring to the three Wise Monkeys; hear no evil, say no evil, see no evil. That would be in line with “W”s approach to the office of President.
Your awareness of the CNBC personalities exceeds mine by a considerable margin. Not surprisingly, since although I have the video on quite a bit during the morning, I nearly always have the sound muted.
I called this number and told them to fire the bozo and why. Ask for customer feedback.

I’m so sick and tired of this crap. Erin Burnett needs to be fired. This is sick. I’m tired of these journalists being jerks. She is unprofessional and beyond contempt. She’s probably laughing her ass off, thinking she was funny to her lib friends, but it was classless and disgraceful. I don’t even want an apology from her, I just want her gone. She doesn’t deserve any sympathy, she deserves much scorn.
