Forget the shopping and how hectic it is at this time of the year. Remember why we rejoice and the reason for the season. Leave politics alone for about five minutes and enjoy this. Every year at Christmas Mass, this brings me to tears. This is glorious, even with crappy computer speakers.

Very nice. Wish he didn’t use quite so much vibrato, makes him sound more like a singer from the 30’s or 40’s, but still quite delightful.
Wish there were more performers making beautiful music these days. Seems to be in rather short supply.

Kristin Chenoweth did a really nice version in the otherwise forgettable film, “Deck the Halls.” Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to be on YouTube.
Classical purists (I would have counted myself as one until I heard him sing) will probably complain about some of his poppish inflections. Don't matter. Groban is the finest pure singer I have ever heard.
