NOTE: as I have traditionally done, Christmas songs telling the news of the day will only be the secular songs.

2007 DFU CHRISTMAS PARODIES:

OVER THE RIVER AND THROUGH THE WOODS
IT'S BEGINNING TO LOOK A LOT LIKE CHRISTMAS
PARADE OF THE WOODEN SOLDIERS
I SAW MOMMY KISSING SANTA CLAUS
GRANDMA GOT RUN OVER BY A REINDEER
RUDOLPH THE RED NOSED REINDEER
CHIPMUNK CHRISTMAS SONG
LET IT SNOW
DECK THE HALLS
I'M GETTIN' NUTHIN' FOR CHRISTMAS
WE WISH YOU A MERRY CHRISTMAS
SANTA CLAUS IS COMING TO TOWN
UP ON THE HOUSETOP
SLEIGH RIDE TOGETHER
WINTER WONDERLAND
ALL I WANT FOR CHRISTMAS

MIDI - LITTLE SAINT NICK

The guy reported documents that turned out fake...in the business of the news that makes him quite a flake
They were faxed to him from Kinkos down in Abilene...it's a dirty trick like nothing we have ever seen

Go, Pajamahadeen...go, Pajamahadeen

The FReepers caught on quickly and exposed the guy...and we guess he thought he made a good old college try
After many years at SeeBS, he got the boot...now for Christmas he's enjoying reading his lawsuit

Go, Pajamahadeen...go, Pajamahadeen

So, goodbye, Rather...disgraced Dan Rather...it's over, Rather...disgraced Dan Rather

One day someone had asked him, "What's the frequency?"...he was beaten to a pulp so very tragically
After that, he was a loon, as everyone could tell...he became a real good buddy of the scum, Fidel

Go, Pajamahadeen...go, Pajamahadeen

Have a great FReeper Christmas, Danny...great FReeper Christmas, Danny...great FReeper Christmas, Danny

Twas the month before Christmas
When all through our land,
Not a Christian was praying
Nor taking a stand.
Why the Politically Correct Police had taken away,
The reason for Christmas—no one could say
December 25th is just a “Holiday”.
Yet the shoppers were ready with cash, checks and credit
Pushing folks down to the floor just to get it!
CDs from Madonna, an X-BOX, an I-Pod.
Something was changing, something quite odd.
Retailers promoted Ramadan and Kwanzaa
In hopes to sell books by Franken and Fonda.
As Targets were hanging their trees upside down,
At Lowe’s the word “Christmas”—was nowhere to be found.
At K-Mart and Staples and Penny’s and Sears
You won’t hear the word “Christmas”; it won’t touch your ears.
Inclusive, sensitive, Di-ver-si-ty
Are words that were used to intimidate me.
Now Daschle, Now Darden, Now Sharpton, Wolf Blitzen
On Boxer, on Rather, on Kerry, on Clinton!
At the top of the Senate, there arose such a clatter
To eliminate Jesus, in all public matter.
And we spoke not a word, as they took away our faith
Forbidden to speak of salvation and grace.
The true Gift of Christmas was exchanged and discarded
The reason for the season, stopped before it started.
So as you celebrate “Winter Break” under your “Dream Tree”
Sipping your Starbucks, listen to me.
Choose your words carefully, choose what you say
Shout “MERRY CHRISTMAS”, not Happy Holiday!
