Are you still digging or have you started filling in?
Repeat as necessary....
no, Alan was confronted with his pompous attitude in a polite manner by Sean and he wouldn’t admit to it. And there are other noble candidates, like Fred Thompson.
Also, Alan has not held a politcal office before. I think it’s a bit much to ask the people to vote for him at such a high level before even getting elected to a smaller post first.
By the way, again, his conversation was twisted beyond any recognition. The media deals in lying soundbites. Alan deals in deep detailed understanding of the real issues. He has said repeatedly that reparations for slavery were already made long ago in the blood, toil and treasure of those who fought and died in the Civil War.
Come back and talk to me when you want to talk about real stuff.
Alan served for seven years with Ronald Reagan, dealing with the toughest problems of terrorism and the Soviet threat. He’s more than qualified.
“And he does represent the moral core of Reaganism.”
I didn’t realize
Reagan also paid himself out of campaign funds. I probably missed it.
I’ve backed Keyes in the past. I voted for B-1 Bob Dornan way back when. I have no problem with Alan Keyes but it would appear that enough people do so that he can never be a viable candidate. Unfortunate.
Good to see someone here who is actually dealing in reality! Merry Christmas!
A steady diet of fish would get old in a hurry.
Give me a good steak, some chicken, pork, and veggies once in a while and I really would be sated.
Most of us have it all these day's. ; )
Weak.
I’m a beef kinda guy myself. :-)
Oops, I've been sent to the woodshed.
ROTF!
VERY TRUE AND THE GOVERNMENT DID GIVE ALL THE FORMER SLAVES 40 ACRES AND A MULE. BUT IT WASN’T ENOUGH AND NEVER WILL BE.
maybe Obama can stomp him twice
Nothing as a person.
As a POTUS candidate it would lock up the Internet to give the reasons as to how.
Commendable isn't it if one is a promoter of Alan Keyes for POTUS?
Could you tell us a little more about the Keyes- Simcox financial relationships? Declaration Alliance and such? Where did all that money go?
Your nickname MUST be "stretch".
And I'm shocked at how many who call themselves conservatives can be so intellectually dishonest.
Keyes tried to buy votes by advocating a form of reparations. It didn't work. Now you're trying to tell us he didn't say what he said, and even if he did, he really meant something else. Remind you of any other candidates?
Honestly, I would have a lot more respect for you and the rest of the Keyes campaign staff if you/they could just admit a clear mistake in judgment. The fact that you're willing to equivocate like this over a stupid decision three years ago doesn't speak very highly of Keyes' character.
