Alan will finish first, because he's stood tall for the truth.

I'm sorry EV, but Dr. Keyes has always stood for the truth and has never placed first, heck, has never even made a dent in his liberal opponents. Why does he expect different results now after doing the same thing over and over?

I did, and honestly, I don’t see how they are much different than any other campaign press release. They talk of great ideals, but not strategy.

He has advocated for years for exempting every American, including you, from the income tax - forever

Sir, that is a bit of evasion worthy of Mitt Romney.

I'll ask again: does Keyes still want to exempt people from paying income tax based on their race as a form of reparations, or has he abandoned that position?

I'd respect the Keyes campaign a lot more if you could answer a direct question instead of spinning Guiliani-style tales tales about how he really didn't mean what he said when he ran in Illinois.

>"Sean Hannity told him that"

You mean Sean, giggles like a little school girl at the mention of Rooties name?

I found Sean to come across as quite RUDE towards AK. Sean's mean/rude tude towards Alan was explained by Sean as some people find Alan mean/rude. Rubber and glue Sean, rubber and glue.

Personally I like Hunter.

Keyes has had some really great ideas, and strong personal convictions, not all of them correct, but still he is on solid ground, unlike the whichever way the wind blows, TV, hair, and smile politicians.

Whut I'm gettin at is INTEGRITY! It is lacking in EVERY ENEMEDIA promoted candidate!

"Maybe you were doing it for the wrong reasons?"

That sounds like a direct reply from Dr. Keyes. Is that you Alan?

I’m shocked at how many who call themselves conservatives allow themselves to be sucked in by lying Democrat Media perversions of what conservatives actually believe and say.

Folks will let RINO Republicans get away with most anything, but when Alan has a hypothetical conversation with black folks in Chicago about how their community can truly prosper, by getting out from under the thumb of government, it’s used against him like a club.

So, putting aside for one moment the twisted version of “reparations” that the RINOs and the media have somewhat succeeded in tarring him with, can you name one other issue you disagree with the man about?

The protection of innocent human life?

The restoration of our respect for America’s founding creed?

Keeping America supremely strong in the world?

The elimination of the federal income tax?

The restoration and protection of constitutional republican government and respect for our unalienable rights?

The protection of our borders and our national soveriegnty?

What?

So tell me, WHAT did he do in Illinois that was so terrible? I was at EVERY debate where he literally WIPED the floor with OBAMA and the media misrepresented and misquoted Keyes for their SWEETHEART OBAMA.

I know THAT is hard for you to believe that the MEDIA misrepresented Alan Keyes RIGHT?
It is a far stretch of the imagination that the media would have an agenda, isn’t it??

Personally as a Christian what I heard come out of Alan Keyes mouth was biblically correct and OBAMANATION>>>WELL need I say more??

Please tell me in detail what Keyes did wrong. Every position he stated I was absolutely in agreement with.

No. I speak for myself, and Alan speaks for himself. Both are always clearly labeled as such. We’re just two citizens trying to point America back to its founding ideals, before it’s too late.

By the way, what thanks have you given Alan for his sacrifices over the years?

Nice guy and a good message. The plain fact is the guy is unelectable for any public job.

I'll have to rethink my conservative values me thinks.

Thanks for the revelation EV.

After all, just by posting an Alan Keyes thread shouldn't create an atmosphere of shock for anyone. /s

Sir, I remember Ronald Reagan. Ronald Reagan was my governor for eight years and my president for another eight years. Ronald Reagan was able to translate his commitment to conservative principle into electoral success.

Sir, Alan Keyes is no Ronald Reagan.

“Unelectable” is a subjective word - the primary word used by those who want to make your electoral decisions for you. Obviously, they’re succeeding.

He could succeed if certain conservatives weren’t so busy following after RINOs.

And he does represent the moral core of Reaganism.

Nice guy and a good message.

Jimma' Carter was a nice guy with a good message as a candidate for POTUS too.

I need not go any further.

Frankly I am in favor of Slave Reparations as long as the contract has a caveat that with the paying of this money we, the White People, are absolved from any further “Guilt” and that the Blacks cannot come back and ask for another thing. Also no more Quotas, Affirmative Rights, Etc.. This payment is the very last.
Now I think the figure was $50,000 for each Black Descendant from Slave. Just what do most of think will happen to those who get that money? A small few will invest and save, the rest will spend and what a shot in the arm the Economy will have. The multiplier effect will easily be around $5 Trillion plus.

That’s exactly why Alan never posited anything like that. Give folks a fish and by tomorrow they’ll be starving again. Teach ‘em to fish, kick ‘em in the butt, and they can feed themselves. Shoot, they might even realize they can go into the fishing business...
