I’d be happy to see Hunter win the nomination.

2) Hunter, and

Ron Paul was just interviewed on the CNN Situation Room by Blitzer.

Ron Paul said that the New Hampshire GOP is withdrawing its support from the Fox News forum on January 6th if Ron Paul is not permitted to participate.

It takes some gumption for a major political party, even in little New Hampshire, to stand up to big media, even Faux News.

The polls still show Rep. Hunter at just 1%, which is about the same point Tancredo was when he dropped out. With a little more face time, and an equal share of questions to answer in future "debates," he could maybe rise to 2% or even higher.

There's something holding him back, IMHO, and it's not his conservative views, media bias or lack of name recognition.

My hunch is it's too much name recognition, and it's a net negative.

I think it would. This is a protest for excluding candidates.

Nice theory, but I don’t see anything to back it up. In polls asking about ‘negatives’, Hunter usually came out better than most. Ron Paul was running 61% on a CNN poll a couple weeks ago of republican voters who would not ‘vote for him under any circumstance.’
