On January 4 2008 a member of Ekhlaas terrorist forum called Morabet Mowahed started a thread on the forum calling for attacks on Paris France. He gave a brief summary of Paris landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysee, Museums, and he also mentioned the name of Paris mayor. He basically said that the attacks on Paris should be two fold. Some attacks to target the popular and touristic places, businesses, and the financial institutions and other attacks to target prominent Parisian individuals such as the mayor of Paris. According to him such attacks will be a major blow to the French economy, force France to withdraw from Afghanistan, and spread fear across Europe.
This is thread that prompted this whole panic in France and Paris in particular which forced France to raise its terror alert to a high level.
The Ekhlaas terrorist forum is the largest terrorist forum on the internet and it is hosted by an Internet Service Provider in Tampa Florida called NOC4Hosts/ Hivelocity.net. This same ISP also hosts the second largest terrorist forum called Al Hesbah.
The members of Ekhlaas are so happy that a thread on their forum generated all this panic in France and they are writing congratulations notes to the author of the thread Morabet Mowahed.
All this is another proof about the extreme danger of the terrorist forums and the utter necessity to shut it down.
Damn. Thought it was Hilton.
If the terrorists attacked Paris, how would anyone be able to tell it apart from the usual “Muslim Youth Unrest” that they have daily and nightly?
Why wasn’t this ISP shutdown right after 9/11/01?
You must be a racist since everyone in the MSM knows Paris suffers from non-denominational “Yute Unrest.” Specifying “Muslim” makes you part of the problem, not part of the solution.

I've seen this discussed elsewhere. It seems the US government is well aware of the ISP and these sites and has made the strategic decision to let them stay up and running in order to gather intel from them. There are serious questions as to whether that's a good idea, but I think that's what's going on.
jv, i hope you are in touch with Internet Haganah on this.
they’ve been very effective over the years.

Referencing my post above, Internet Haganah has been unveiling these sites (and their ISPs) for years. In many cases the ISPs shut them down, and in others they simply “disappear” or become unusable and disabled.
A couple years ago there was a lengthy and well-publicized battle between Internet Haganah and certain federal agencies on the question of public disclosure.
Yes and please see my post # 6 on why I am absolutely convinced that it is a horrible idea to keep these terrorist forums/websites operating.
I just sent you a Freepmail on this issue.
