Been missin’ y’all too!

I did get to spend some time with the kiddos Sunday before work, just the four of us, so that was really nice.

I hope to not miss the party next year though, gonna have to figure out a way.

I hope Miss Piper Jane had a wonderful birthday too!

I think you’re right!

Was the weather pretty today in Maine?

Yes, it’s quite a bit cooler and actually sleeted on my way
home from work this afternoon. The ground was, thankfully,
warm enough to melt it, but I did see ice on my windshield.

It’s supposed to be warmer by the weekend, though. The desert
never stays cold for very long.

She had a good birthday, though her little party had to be
postponed because all her little friends were sick. I think
they are going to try for next weekend or so. Winter is not
a good time to get a bunch of 1-2 year olds together!

Thanks, lauren, for the great pictures of our troops hard at work. Afghanistan has very formidable terrain.

Robert, Mr B and I would like to send our sincere thanks and love to all of you in The Canteen.
The flowers, phone calls, cards, Freepmails, e-mails and IM messaging kept us going through a very tough time.
We are at a loss as to how to thank you enough!
I know Poppa is watching over all of us, and loves his Canteen family too.
Many Thanks and much love.
Ms.B,The RealMrB and Robert

Yup, I finally have it back. The bad news is that they reformatted the hard drive and I have to reload the data back onto the machine.

I was having a problem with Office. My school now has a site license for Office 2003 that teachers can take home, which is better than the standard version that I have the disk for somewhere. Anyway, finally fixed the problem. It's working.
