Lindsey Graham is a supporter of John McCain. He went on Hannity and Colmes to support John McCains criticism of Mitt Romney and setting time tables. You will see that Sean Hannity catches Lindsey Graham in an outright lie.

Ugh. I cannot vote for McCain in the general election...no matter who he's running against.
If the party didn't tolerate dishonesty from Billy Jeff, we shouldn't tolerate it from these guys.
Lindsey “Traitor” Graham ping
Romeny is Honest?
Lifelong hunter
Lifelong Gunowner
MLK march
Supports a ban on weapons of “Extremem Lethality/He meant he wants to ban “Hand Grenades”.
Or this :
“In the interview, Romney also explained why he was a registered independent in the early 1990s and voted for former senator Paul Tsongas in the 1992 Democratic presidential primary. He said it was a tactical maneuver, his effort to get the weakest Democratic nominee.
In Massachusetts, if you register as an independent, you can vote on either the Republican or Democratic primary, Romney said. When there was no real contest in the Republican primary, Id vote in the Democrat primary, vote for the person who I thought would be the weakest opponent for a Republican.
But in a 1994 Globe story, Romney said he voted for Tsongas because he was from Massachusetts and because he favored his ideas over those of Bill Clinton, according to the story.”
He could very well be the next Souter.
Lindsay Grahamnesty is part of the pork barrel open-borders GOP establishment that is backing John McCain.
McCain is Washington’s business as usual candidate, he’s the last person to clean up Washington corruption and excess.
Get off it.
McCain is open borders, pro-amnesty.
You need to get your head screwed on straight.
I didn’t say anything about Romney.
My post was about McCain and his lie. Coupled with his liberal stand on immigration, stem cell research, tax cuts (which he called tax cuts for the rich, regardless of how he spins it now), global warming, freedom of speech etc. and this makes him unacceptable.
The one thing McCain had going for him in my book was his honor, which he lost after this lie and lying about why he opposed the tax cuts. I can’t even take him serious on the WOT when he refuses to enforce immigration laws.
McCain is dead to me.
He’s also no conservative. Why vote for him when you can get all his legislation signed in an Obama administration anyway?
Posted on another thread:
“Great IBD editorial about McCain.
Restating and adding to the editorial, McCain:
was adamantly against the Bush tax cuts (he now says that it was b/c there were not enough spending cuts, but when he opposed them, he took the Dem class warfare lie that it was tax cuts for the rich) (former Senator Santorum said that McC was leading the charge against the Bush tax cuts),
led the fight in favor of amnesty for illegals (McCain-Kennedy),
was a leader in evading the first amendment & getting the first substantial restrictions on political speech in U.S. history (McCain-Feingold, aka, the Incumbent Protection Act),
ignored the second amendment, McC sponsored the McCain/Lieberman gun show bill, which would have given the federal government the administrative power to prohibit all gun shows, and to register everyone who attends a gun show per http://www.trugop.org/Editorials/2ndAmendment.htm,
sponsored the McCain/Lieberman Cap and Trade System to Reduce Greenhouse Gases, which would hurt consumers, drive up business costs, and drive business to China and undeveloped countries that dont restrict carbon dioxide emissions (McC, willing to pay any price to fight GoreBull Warming, foolishly believes that such regulations create green jobs, in total ignorance of the famous Broken Window Fallacy http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parable_of_the_broken_window),
a key RINO in the Gang of Fourteen, thus undercutting GOP fight against Dem improper filibusters of conservative judicial nominees,
promises to close GITMO the first day that he is president so that he can move the worlds worst captured terrorists to the U.S., possibly to a neighborhood near you,
is against waterboarding of even the most vicious terrorists, even when interrogation experts believe it is necessary or advisable to get info in order to save innocent American lives, and despite the fact that it is not torture, it is done routinely on some U.S. military during training, it has reportedly only been used 2 or 3 times against terrorists, and McCs critique plays into leftist smears against the U.S. for torture,
using the language of the socialist left, he now attacks the pharmaceutical industry, one of the crown jewels of the U.S. economy, and is trying to force drug re-importation (those vicious people in big pharma, who actually want to make a profit by helping cure people and alleviate pain, were the big bad guys per McC),
is against drilling in ANWAR, McC comparing ANWAR to the Grand Canyon (ANWAR is what hell would look like if it froze over per the IBD) ,
wants an economic stimulus bill, but incredibly says that it should be paid for by spending cuts in total ignorance of the theory behind any stimulus which is to increase govt spending and borrowing, thus to increase economic activity (paying for a gov stimulus bill negates the purpose, it means that it is no longer a stimulus),
curries favor with his friends in the liberal media, even as they trash conservatives in McCs own party, and
toyed with the idea of accepting the VP nomination of his good friend, John Kerry (Kennedy, Feingold, Lieberman, Kerry, all liberal Dems, see any pattern?).
I probably left something out, but that will have to do.
Considering this atrocious record, no conservative should support McC in the primary.
McC is a true American hero for his war service. He was been strong and steady relative to Iraq and the surge. He should be given a medal & sent home to a rocking chair.
McC is not the right person to lead the country.”
At least, with an Obama administration, the Republicans in Congress might actually grow some cojones and actually challenge the leftists.
No, the GOP wouldn’t challenge Obama.
That might appear racist.
C.N.N. Exposes McCain Lie
I do not need to talk write a long post to say this simple message of truth.
Click the link below to see what John McCain offers the G.O.P. Its alot of lies thrown at Mitt Romney. McCain is desperate and the polls in Florida may be the reason McCain decided to tell trusting Voters a whopper of a lie on Saturday.
Have at look the M.S.M. finally decided to be objective on this one at least.
In 2002 Congress passed the legislation creating the Gorelick Commission, a.k.a. "the 911 Commission." The real purpose of that commission was, as seen by its constitution and by its results, was to protect the Clinton Administration - and Gorelick herself - from any imputation that they had allowed the 911 plot to develop on Clinton's watch. And thus to blame Bush, and the Republican Party. Did Senator John McCain make any effort to prevent that?
Or was he promoting that, in retaliation for Bush's having defeated him for the 2000 Republican nomination?
Oh, I never considered that. The MSM already allow Her Heinous to play victim against the mean boys in the schoolyard, they're just as likely to do the same for Obama against the mean white boys. Given that the usual Stupid Party response is to play nice with the RATS whenever something bad is said in the MSM, it's going to be a lot worse when they're being called racists and misogynists. Yikes!
Every single Republican who dared challenge Obama would be put under the microscope by the MSM, their histories scoured for anything that might could be construed as revealing racist tendencies.
No wonder Trent Lott high-tailed it out of Washington.
Too bad Chester didn’t evacuate the premises prior to impeachment so that Henry Hyde would have been able to dump his garbage.
It might be me but I’ve got a feeling you don’t like Romney. Maybe I’m over reacting but...
You don’t run someone to win the Presidency with the plan from the get-go being that they will be a one-term president. And the trappings of the Presidency make incumbents very hard to beat.
Pundits used to call Congresscritters like McCain "Rockefeller Republicans". They are the definition of the absence of leadership. Go along to get along (at any price) and happy as a pig in slop being the minority party (for forty years).....
>It might be me but Ive got a feeling you dont like Romney.
I generally steer clear of personal assessments of people I see on TV. I never touted Fred as a great and moral guy, though he could very well be. Although Kerry seemed a knob, he did seem good to his daughters, as did Gore, who also seemed loyal to his wife, as does Romney.
Was it Voltaire who said of family “It is those closet to us who elude us the most”? You never really know anybody.
I don’t know who Romney is personally. But I resent what I perceive to be lies designed to manipulate the party to support him. And I do wonder if he is a Souter in sheep’s clothing because of it. The way I see it he and McCain are the same risk. But McCain can win, whereas Romney will get plastered with Flip Flopper, and go down in flames.
That's exactly what ALL conservatives do in MA... myself included. As for using the Boston Globe as a source for facts on Romney... WAKE UP!
Next door here in Georgia, we call him “Grahamnesty.”
Next door here in Georgia, we call him “Grahamnesty.” I can assure you that had he been our Senator, he would have serious oppostion this year or whenever he runs again.
Lindsey Graham is the Vice Presidential running mate of John McCain.

Shocking.
"John, I've loved you since the Gang of 14 days. You'll always be special to me."

"Hugs and kisses,

Lindsey Ping
"Republican by day, Democrat by night."
IF not, I will have to send campaign money to his RAT opponent. LOL When he called us "bigots" I took it personal. ;o)
Thanks for the link!

Lindsey and friends laughing at us.
The rats aren't even fielding an opponent, they're perfectly happy letting Lindsey skate to a 2nd term. Several conservatives have thrown their hat into the ring, but I doubt that even their combined efforts will prevent him from getting the 50%+1 needed to secure the GOP nomination in the primary. Do the math:
Crossover democrats + independents + RINO lovin' McCain voters vs Conservatives
As I see it, our best-case scenario has all of the challengers combining to prevent him from reaching 50% on the first ballot. He then has to face the challenger with the most votes in a one-on-one runoff.
The Hill has kept count of the endorsements for each candidate from Congress since the primary started.
I find it interesting that Romney, a DC outsider has more endorsements from sitting congressmen than McCain does, where he’s spent the last how many years? Romney’s endorsers are more conservative, McCain’s more liberal, except Tom Coburn....I’ll never figure that one out.

I’d vote Hillary before I would McCain.
I even more than you!
Please tell me someone beat him in the primary??
The primary's not till June 10th, with a possible runoff on June 14th. Link.
Pandsey's major opponent is Dr. Buddy Witherspoon who has a pretty impressive resume. His big problem will be fighting the huge war chest Pandsey has built up.
I read that a local Mayor has also announced his candidacy.
I remember Lindsay pushing amnesty. A dishonest and dishonorable man.
Try this one Swampy:
http://forthardknox.com/2008/01/28/lindsey-graham-spins-mccains-criticism-of-romney/
Got a name? City?
Until today, I figured it truly was coming down to McCain vs Romney. And then I heard about this transparent lie by McCain. Should the day ever come that I suffer a brain injury and find myself contemplating voting for a person who lies like a demonRAT, then I will vote for the real thing- not a wolf in sheep’s clothing.
Thanks for the help john- I’m VOTING FOR ROMNEY!
Just found it- former Myrtle Beach Mayor Mark McBride.
Since Graham will finish first in the primary, the key is to keep him below 50%, than have the second-place finisher oust him in the runoff.
I’m interested in building a comprehensive list of all of Pandsey’s opponents.
I’ll pick the one I feel has the best chance of success and pour the cash to him.
We MUST NOT let Grahamnesty return to the Senate! He has been a disaster and a complete embarrassment to the Republican Party and to South Carolina. RINOs OUT!
Here’s McBride’s web site:
http://www.topix.net/content/kri/2008/01/editorial-mcbride-to-try-again-for-senate
Actually, the wealthier should contribute to all of the major opponents, anything to assure that there is a runoff.
WHOOPS!!!!!!
This is an article about McBride’s candidacy. His web site is still in the process of being put together.
I really wish Romney would have just been Thompsonesque in the beginning. “Here’s what I am, take it or leave it.” Can’t figure out why he wasn’t - it’s not like he doesn’t have the brain power. It’s like he has no idea how the average Republican thinks, so he tried to mold himself into his idea of the ideal Republican candidate, and just came off looking goofy.
Now I’m supporting McCain, and it’s all like a bad dream.
[Reaching for a bucket.]
Mark McBride - Mayor of Myrtle Beach
Buddy Witherspoon - Columbia dentist and state Republican Party official
John J. Cina - Summerville businessman
Lindsey: “I wish I knew how to quit you, John!”
