"Pupils and teachers have been evacuated from a primary school after a cache of replica guns was discovered in the gymnasium."
"A Strathclyde Police spokesman said: "A number of weapons were discovered in a cupboard in the school by a member of staff."
"Officers are refusing to confirm reports that balaclavas were also found with the cache.
But the Daily Record reported that two holdalls containing pistols and rifles, as well as balaclavas and ski masks, were found hidden among bean bags and gym mats."

Y’all must’ve been rich. We spent many hours whittling our guns from tree branches. It had to have just the right T-shape for the shoulder, plus a handle at the trigger.
Yes, I said whittling... with our pocket knives... at school... oh, the shock!!!
I used to make all sorts of weaponry out of my old, broken hockey sticks.
My mother, for some reason, confiscated them as soon as they were discovered.
She unknowingly reinforced a weaponry fetish that flourishes to this day.

Good Lord! They could have caused replica wounds during their replica hostage situation! Someone might have summoned the Armed Officer who sits in the Tower of London, patiently waiting for the Armed Crisis to occur. The perpetrators should be given a replica sentence, such as remaining in school until successful graduation.
I get a kick out of the Brits, and how they laugh at us because of our "obsession" with guns. Seems like they're the ones that are obsessed, to the point of wetting their pants over toys.
