Hope one of my freeper friends can help me out here. Have a big lib calling me a liar when I tell him that both Obama and Clinton said they would NOT pull troops out of Iraq prior to 2012. I know they did it. Both of them in one of their earlier debates.
Can someone please provide me with a link? Thanks!

West Virginia
Romney, who addressed the state GOP convention in person Tuesday, comfortably led the first ballot at the convention, leading to a three-way second ballot contest between the three contenders.
Marc Ambinder of The Atlantic reported Tuesday that, after the first ballot, McCains campaign called his supporters there and urged them to vote in favor of Huckabee.

The early exit polls gave us a glimmer of hope that the GOP voters had woken up. Hopefully Romney can make up some lost ground in the West.
To: SE Mom
Rove doesn’t think the VP choice makes a big deal. It DOES when the presidential candidate is old as dirt and likely to drop dead during a temper tantrum. Huckabee?? Not on my vote.

Possible outcome of a 2008 election with a third party run against the McCain-Huckabee-Soros-Clinton-Obama Cabal.
There are a lot of angry conservatives tonight who were denied their third choice.
For all Romney's faults, he's shown himslef to be a man of class and decency who doesn't delight in pi**ing on the base. He's also shown he can organize, raise money and compete.
A third party candidacy could result in a deadlocked election where McCain-Huckabee would have to make meaningful concessions to win. At the very least, it would give conservatives someone to show up and vote for at the top of the ticket to save conservatives down ticket.
