We laugh ... but how true. My son actually moved here from Houston after all of the refugees brought their crime with them. That, and the illegal problem. Houston has seen it's best days.

All delegates will go to the national convention unpledged. This happened in 1976 also from a number of States. Ford won over Reagan on the first ballot, 1187 votes to 1070 votes.
