I am glad it is written fairy tale style so their won’t be any mistaken that this belongs in the fiction aisle.

You know, this kind of reminds me of the storybooks that Nazis gave out to kids... Der Giftpilz and all that rot. Same kind of poison.

Seriously folks. Do you really think even children are fooled by this?

Remember, it's not the children buying these books. It is the parents who are fooled into thinking this is effective propaganda.

Don't laugh. One day such of these books as survive child-handling may be valuable collectors items.

Today’s Poster Child for Pap has to be Jeremy Zilber . Zilber’s got all the career achievements you need to be the very model of a modern moist Democrat. B.A. from Oberlin, styles himself a “lifelong Democrat and political activist,” has written a “scholarly” book whose bias shrieks out in its title (”Racialized Coverage of Congress: The News in Black and White”), lives with his partner and her daughter, and a cat. He’s got all the fundamentals down pat. Now comes his crowning achievement, a children’s book called ... wait for it.... Why Mommy is a Democrat.

I think we can ask why our two mommies (or our two daddies) are democrats.

Start the brainwashing early......

One of my (Dimocrat) relatives picked up a "Future Democrat" T-Shirt for WBill, Jr. as a XMas present. Somehow, it disappeared. Maybe one of Santa's reindeer picked it up by mistake.

I can't imagine a more inappropriate shirt - no matter if it was Dem or Republican. Not sure what's worse....Adults that feel the need to push their politics on children, or People that enable Adults to push their politics on children. Disgusting.

Because they are ruled by their emotions, because others have always paid the price to make their lives easy and allowed them to indulge their conceits as if they were ideas.

By the way, they aren’t really books. They’re stapled together without backs; more like colored pamphlets than real books.

I thought Democrats were more sensitive than this. The title should be:

Why Parent # 1 is a Democrat and Why Parent # 2 is a Democrat.

Good point. How non-PC!

Mommies and Daddies are soooooooo 5 minutes ago. Isn't it "Partners", now?

I doubt it. I heard he was curled up in a corner shoveling cheesburgs down his gullet in a vain attempt to console himself on the financial loss of “sicko”

I’m glad you said “partners” vice “life partners”

That would be restrictive.
