CLIPS FROM BARACK OBAMA RALLIES... EACH IS A WOMAN... EACH WOMAN STANDS DEAD CENTER, RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE STAGE WHERE OBAMA IS STANDING AND SPEAKING... OBAMA SAYS "GIVE HER SPACE", REFERENCES EMT, AND HANDS THE WATER BOTTLE EACH TIME!...

Fascinating retort, but I remain unconvinced.
Oh Hai! I’m on my staig. Stealun yer wiminz pantyes.
Maybe he was referring to Huck.
So will fainting couches come back in vogue?
I have one in the attic used by Mary Lincoln during the 1860 presidential campaign. Cheap! $299.95. You pay the shipping.
I think I can find hillary’s fainting couch in the chicken coop. You pick it up.
Actually, you ARE aiding and abetting the dems. Just ask Feingold, Kennedy, Kerry, and former-dem Lieberman.
Or are you simply satisfied by the R label?
Self-righteousness becomes you.
“The conservatives choice in action.”
Enjoying that s**t sandwich are we?
<><
On the nose.
He is what he is. In the Senate, McCain leveraged the middle against the two sides. That is, he built a coalition of "centrists"(the Gang of 14 as they came to be known), so that the center, which typically has to ride along with one side or the other, could have some power of its own. Unfortunately for those of us on the right, he was rather effective at times.
In the process, he alientated a lot of conservatives. To his credit, he hasn't tried to hide the fact. He's been pretty honest about his ideas.
If he can win without us, then that's his choice....but I'm not going to say that it's perfectly fine for Republicans to be liberal and still expect my vote.
That's your choice. Just understand that the consequence is that someone EVEN MORE LIBERAL gains an advantage by your abstention. Deny it all you want, it's a fact.
All that does is encourage liberalism
I don't agree with this at all. It ought to encourage conservatives to do a better job next time around of finding a candidate. This time out, there was not a single conservative candidate who had motivation, skill, and money. Not a single one. We can't blame McCain for that. If the movement is so great, how come there was no leader?
besides, I still haven't voted in the primary contests. I still can vote for a conservative, Dr. Ron Paul.
True, and McCain will still be the nominee, and you will still be faced with the choice come november--either you help McCain win or you help the DEM win. Deny it all you want, it's a fact.
So, you disagree?
Oh, I’m enjoying myself, but I don’t know what sandwich you mean. That must be your upper lip you smell.
“But I am going to needle you and your compatriots for your bad judgement. You deserve it.”
That’s funny because come the election day slaughter, I plan to point and laugh and say “I told you so.”
“Oh, Im enjoying myself, but I dont know what sandwich you mean.”
Well that is our “choices” this year, the s**t sandwich or the giant douche. You’ve chosen. I refuse to.
Not at all. Opposition to socialism is my primary motivation for involvement in politics.
Or are you simply satisfied by the R label?
Labels don't matter to me. But as I was telling another poster, there is still a very clear difference between the parties. I was watching Sec. Paulson testify on CSPAN today, and it couldn't have been more plain. You don't need to know who they are to know who's a DEM and who's a GOPer. It's obvious.
We have one party, the DEMs, which are basically the Socialist party. I'll continue to oppose them. Especially since they also happen to be the surrender party. Are you so blind you can't see that?
Self-righteousness becomes you.
Only when I'm right.
I understand that. There are apparantly many like you who don't have the stomach for tough decisions.
Repeating this ad nauseum on multiple threads won't make it true.
There has to be a point at which conservatives basically tell the RNC to go pound sand, we will not vote for your sychophantic dem wannabe!
Why do you think a moderate/rino even think they can win? People with your attitude allowed the moderate/rino's to gain power by voting every time for their sorry asses, which inturn gives a shinola load more power to the dems. So don't even think your gonna come on here and make conservatives feel guilty about not supporting a disloyal, liberal coddling, rino.
I have no sympathy for the mess this party has allowed itself to get into, because of people like you that would vote for a wet paperbag if it had a big "R" printed on it.
“There are apparantly many like you who don’t have the stomach for tough decisions.”
“We’re going to tie each of your arms to the back end of a horse and then slap him on the ass, you get to “choose” which one goes first.”
LOL. What could you possibly tell me?? You need to get a grip. I didn't vote for McCain in the primary. I voted for that plastic loser Romney, because by the time Super Tuesday rolled around, Duncan Hunter was a proven 1%er with as much chance as Alan Keyes. Freddy that old dolt who never should have gotten in had already dropped his lame ass out, and so the "responsible" thing to do was to vote Romney.
In hindsight, maybe we should have united behind the squirrel eater Huckabee. He was no less a fake than Romney, who conservatives were willing to rally behind for a few days when push came to shove, but Huckabee was a lot more talented as a politician.
Anyway, that's all history now. The conservative movement has ITSELF to blame for failing to have a single candidate in the race that had motivation, skill, and money. And so we get McCain as a nominee.
I'm in the liberarian wing of the conservative cause. I'm used to sucking it up and doing business with socons and neocons and all sorts of cons I don't agree with. Why? Because we all oppose socialism and oppose anti-Americanism.
But apparantly some of you can't return the favor. That's fine. Enjoy 8 years in the wilderness. I'll be fine in the way. No one can hold me down. And I'll still do business with you fools in the future, not because I like you (I don't) but because it serves my interests.
So what exactly are you gonna tell me on election day?
