McCain has always been against gov’t spending. He was for a path to citizenship. I doubt those who commit crimes are gonna be considered.

Hooray for W’s tax cuts and Iraq policy, but not much else.

I'll give him credit for 2 decent SCOTUS justices too.

I'm surprised the anti-McCain conservatives haven't been called vigilantes or insurgents yet. I was called an insurgent for carrying a sign outside of Terri Schiavo's hospice where she died of starvation & dehydration on March 31, 2005.

I'll give him half credit for the amount of effort we had to expend to get the second one and the abuse we had to take from the administration in the process. WE get the credit for Alito, not him.

*I’ve never met any candidate that I agree with totally on, have you?*

No.
Let’s face facts in the face, we really don’t have anyone decent to vote for, not a one. Who cares who the Bushes endorse. They all lie.

And 41 waited long enough, which is a commentary on the quality he sees in McCain. None. He had the choice of endorsing McCain or Huckabee, and went along with the party after some prodding. This endorsement is worth the fog that it’s printed on.

I don’t care if God Almighty himself is endorsing McCain, I won’t be voting for him.

Well, then I guess you'll be voting for satan?

With Sen. John McCain’s unanticipated and rapid ascent to “presumptive GOP Presidential Nominee,” the liberal (left) wing of the Republican Party is positioned to seize control of the party and its conservative soul. This cannot be allowed.

McCain has a critical weakness ... an Achilles’ heel. To beat the democrats, McCain must have the votes of the party’s conservative base. Without the support of dedicated conservatives, leftist McCain cannot succeed.

When the Republican establishment is confronted with the cold fact that if the party nominates McCain, all efforts to win the presidency will be in vain. It will be forced to “broker” the leftist McCain into oblivion where he rightfully belongs.
