Super delegate, stuper delagate. Bill Clinton has ONE VOTE. It means no more than any other.
“I don’t think it’s going to come down to the president’s vote, but as he has said many times, he would be supporting her even if they weren’t married,” Clinton spokesman Matt McKenna said in a written statement.”
She may test that statement...
This too is passing.
1 down. 794 to go.
Yeah, it’s not like Bill would ever do anything to violate the sacred trust bewteen a husband and wife.
Xlinton’s “one” vote equals 14,000 regular citizens.
Add in the stolen FBI files (OK with Pres. Bush) and
their misuse of the IRS (OK with Pres. Bush), his “one”
vote may equal millions of regular citizens.
Sounds like the Democrats don’t trust democracy. Who woulda thunk it?
Clintons represent the past, Obama represents the future. Superdelegates are ELECTED too! Watch them align with the candidate that can best help them the next time it is THEIR name on the ballot.
You really don't understand democrat politics, do you? Some votes are more equal than others.
What size tires do the wheels on the Clinton Goalposts take?
Unfortunately, not too many Republicans trust republicanism.
If Hillary loses the popular primary elections but wins the nomination due to the superdelegates -- what does that mean for all those liberals still crying about President Bush's win in 2000 in spite of Gore winning the popular vote?
Man, those guys are gonna be SO conflicted about the Federal Electorial College... right? right?
Did these superdelegates vote in their respective primary? I am sure they did, and it would be incumbant upon them to support the winner of the convention delegate count, even if it is not the candidate they voted for in the primay. That being said, it obviously won’t happen that way as some have already said. It is going to be a blast watching this play out.
Unfair as compared, say, to copies of 900+ FBI files, or to lists of Superdelegates that owe the Clintons and have dirt not appearing in FBI files? Nah.
Let's just remember who had the biggest hand in choosing Superdelegates, who damned near OWNED the Dem Party until a few months ago. Unless Obama really destroys her in the TX and Ohio races, Hillary at the convention still has a good shot. Oh, and don't forget the FL and Michigan delegates - they aren't to be seated - but there's been no court case YET about those disenfranchised voters.
I found that web site a few days ago and I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw that she was a superdelagate also. There are a whole lot of them on the list that are the Clinton cronies.
As a takeoff on that, let me restate it as "Clintons MISrepresent the past, Obama MISrepresents the future."
>> superdelegates can vote for whomever they choose
Secret ballot, or open ballot?
I think whether or not they are accountable for their vote will a difference in how the superdelegates vote.
