Did you catch the Dead Kennedy’s logo on the brick wall? (DK)
If you created that Oswald/Ruby rock band pic I referred to you are indeed a photoshop god.
Not me. But yes, it’s a great photoshop pic.
[. . .a panicky bodyguard killing his principle seems probable]
That scenario first came to light in a Jack Anderson column in the 1970’s. It was developed further by a number of researchers until it became the conventional wisdom. Some said the bodyguard worked at a racetrack, was in debt from gambling, and therefore might be induced to shoot RFK to settle his debt.
Slight correction- His wife had 11 children, the last of suspicious origin. He had at least 10 with his wife and others that may or may not have been acknowledged. You're talking Kennedys, where fact and fiction intertwine.
RE: B.O. - Does it seem to anyone that the media is almost trying to put the idea into some nut’s head, or secretly wishes for such a thing to happen? It would confirm (supposedly) to them how horrible ths country is, increase hatred of whites (we’ll be blamed even if a non-white does it).
Why did you?
Because two days ago the secret service sent down an order to NOT have everyone entering a campaign event follow the screening process of going through metal detectors.
Now you may trust our vaunted secret service but Many do not especially blacks when it comes to Mr. Obamma.
Do you think the same would happen to say Bill the pervert or his wife at a ralley?
As a kid I went to an R.F.K. rally at Valley Junior College in Van Nuys Califjust a few days before he was killed.
There were so many folks inside the gym that the local fire marshall got on the mike and said if any more folks got in he’d cancel the proceedings for fear of a fire code violation.
About that time three guys rushed a rear double door and ran in to Rosey Greer ( former Ram lineman) who grabbed all three in his arms and literally threw them out.
Mr. Kennedy came and gave a very rousing speech.
At the time he was rocketing in the polls and there was great belief he could overtake H.H.H. who was tanking
We’ll never know.
I was 13 and as I grew up I turned in to a Regan Republican and have been until now where I am not a McCain supporter.
Sounds like the scene in the Godfather where the old man when in the hospital had all the cops leave so as to allow another try to kill him.
NOOOO, that never happens.
Why did you?
Scary, when you think he was considered quite liberal then and by today's standards he was middle of the road or to the right..
The RFK asssassination was the last bad thing that happened to the Kennedys that was not self-inflicted.
Winner!
(Can anyone get in on this party?) Why did you?
Dont really believe a conspiracy but a panicky bodyguard killing his principle seems probable. Not the first time it happened.

Sam Giancana’s younger half-brother published a book years ago which I read. I am quoting from memory now but I believe he said that Giancana told him once that Sirhan fired his weapon but did not hit Bobby Kennedy, he said that was more than Oswald did because Oswald was a patsy who never actually shot at anyone. He also said that Giancana told him that Marilyn Monroe was murdered in a way that was supposed to frame Bobby Kennedy for it but it failed somehow. The columnist Jack Anderson once set forth a case that Bobby Kennedy murdered Monroe. It leaves room for a lot of wondering, especially considering the fact that Giancana was murdered by someone he knew just one day or so before he was supposed to testify about what he knew.

When it happened America went an absolute PANIC over guns and violence. This led to the passing of one of the worst laws in history, the 1968 Gun Control Law, which was really an updated version of the 1938 Nazi Weapons Act.
“Today we make America safe by taking guns out of the hands of criminals.”-—Lyndon Banes Johnson, when he signed the act into law.
