Presidential candidate Barack Obama preaches on the campaign trail that America needs a new consensus based on faith and bipartisanship, yet he continues to attend a controversial Chicago church whose pastor routinely refers to "white arrogance" and "the United States of White America."

In fact, Obama was in attendance at the church when these statements were made on July 22. .....

No, I want to find out who's telling the TRUTH. The author of this article claims they saw Obama at the sermon Wright gave his rascist, anti-American remarks. This is the sermon Obama denies he attended on July 22, 2007. Somebody is either wrong, or outright lying.

The most important thing is Truth, not conservatism.

My article was published in the first week of August. Everyone's memory was still fresh. I still had all of my notes. There hadn't been a lot of time to doctor or edit any videos or websites. But the Obama camp chose to remain silent at that time. I have repeatedly called the campaign and the church, asking for an interview and mentioning the July 22 date in the messages I've left... If Obama wasn't there, they should have spoken up right away -- immediately after the article was published.

I think it's pretty clear that this was the Obama campaign's strategy from the beginning - - see if your report caught fire and THEN respond. Otherwise, DO NOT respond. This is the same strategy they have used with Larry Sinclair (Obama's cocaine buddy/gay lover).

Yes, I make a lot of the gifs but devolve has a special knack of putting them together in unique ways. He made the wonderful flashing city graphic.

I cut the Burka woman out of a picture that showed a group of them and she was wearing what you see.

Since when are you supposed to place your hand to your heart when you hear the Anthem? The pledge, certainly, but in my experience most people just stand and remove their hats during the Anthem.

People are supposed to put their hands on their chest while the anthem is playing. The US Flag Code states that:

During a rendition of the national anthem—

(1) when the flag is displayed—

(A) all present except those in uniform should stand at attention facing the flag with the right hand over the heart;

potlatch does amazing artwork and animation and is always creating new and different types of animation that can be posted and used on websites or emails without using Flash - which is not compatible with Free Republic posting software

I just dink around on my circa 2000 WebTV Plus with no graphics software and parody the loonie left and sometimes even the liberal right

Indeed, one time I tried to make a small animated gif..it’s very hard, so I totally empathize. (I think the program I used wasn’t fit for the job..can’t remember what it was now)
