But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption: That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord.
1 Cor. 1:30, 31
Holy Spirit, guide our prayers as we intercede for our President, our troops and our country. Bring to us the necessary number of intercessors to accomplish Your will. Thank You.
As we pray for President Bush today, we put You in remembrance of Your Word and, with faith, declare that Christ Jesus has been made unto him wisdom, righteousness, sanctification and redemption. We petition that this wisdom would order all his steps, his thought life and the words of his mouth. We bless You, Father, that we have been led by a president who has been redeemed and sanctified by Jesus' blood.
We ask for angelic protection for all our troops-- whether in battle, supporting those in battle, or preparing for battle. Give Your plans for victory to military leaders and expose the plans of our adversaries. Cause them to always be at least one step ahead of the enemy.
We place our upcoming Presidential election in Your hands. Direct the choice of the victor for a Vice Presidential running mate. We pray for one that is called by Your name and who will be a strong and godly leader in his role as Vice President and, if necessary, as President. Surround the victor with people who are filled with the spirit of wisdom and might to give godly counsel and insight.
In Your great compassion, we pray for increasing grace and mercy for our nation and thank You in Jesus' name.
Amen.
Let us agree together.
Thanks for the ping.
Amen. A beautiful new day.
I pray for joy throughout this Land
A people united in Your Hand
In peace, and love, and harmony
Conquering heroes come home, I see
All debts owed are cast aside
Our winning spirit is a guide
For many nations around this orb
As love, not blood, each land absorbs
The want for power is gone away
A servants voice has come this day
We each serve The Masters will
In loving kindness, this Earth we till
Joyous greetings in every heart
Hate and anger forever depart
By Your lead, love multiplies
Each days new dawn we happily rise
To serve one another, as never before
We learn true love, and hate no more
Its just a dream, right now, I know
One day, will ring true, and so, I sow
Joy
'Let Everyone Bless God and Sing His Praises.' (Ps.66:8)
I join in prayer for President Bush, the Administration, the election and our heroes standing in harm’s way!
AMEN SISTER AND GRACE TO ALL CHRISTIAN PATRIOTS!
“And she said, Truth, Lord: yet the dogs eat of the crumbs which fall from
their master’s table.”
- Matthew 15:27
This woman gained comfort in her misery by thinking GREAT THOUGHTS OF
CHRIST. The Master had talked about the children’s bread: “Now,” argued
she, “since thou art the Master of the table of grace, I know that thou
art a generous housekeeper, and there is sure to be abundance of bread on
thy table; there will be such an abundance for the children that there
will be crumbs to throw on the floor for the dogs, and the children will
fare none the worse because the dogs are fed.” She thought him one who
kept so good a table that all that she needed would only be a crumb in
comparison; yet remember, what she wanted was to have the devil cast out
of her daughter. It was a very great thing to her, but she had such a high
esteem of Christ, that she said, “It is nothing to him, it is but a crumb
for Christ to give.” This is the royal road to comfort. Great thoughts of
your sin alone will drive you to despair; but great thoughts of Christ
will pilot you into the haven of peace. “My sins are many, but oh! it is
nothing to Jesus to take them all away. The weight of my guilt presses me
down as a giant’s foot would crush a worm, but it is no more than a grain
of dust to him, because he has already borne its curse in his own body on
the tree. It will be but a small thing for him to give me full remission,
although it will be an infinite blessing for me to receive it.” The woman
opens her soul’s mouth very wide, expecting great things of Jesus, and he
fills it with his love. Dear reader, do the same. She confessed what
Christ laid at her door, but she laid fast hold upon him, and drew
arguments even out of his hard words; she believed great things of him,
and she thus overcame him.
SHE WON THE VICTORY BY BELIEVING IN HIM.
Her case is an instance of prevailing faith; and if we would conquer like
her, we must imitate her tactics.

SOLI DEO GLORIA!
Lord, I am in agreement with Your servant Hiskid on this petition and the others in her prayer. Because You are the Source of every good and perfect gift, we pray that You would work Your Will in our presidential elections. Father, we yearn for a leader who will continue to defend America and who will stand strong on the Constitution and the Word of Truth as well. Help us, Lord, for we know that when a righteous man is in office, the people rejoice. Grant us that righteous man to lead our nation and to be a light to the world. In the Name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
Ive built a bathroom. Ive wired an addition to my house. Ive finished an entire basement. I enjoy do-it-yourself projectsas long as theres a good hardware store nearby.
But some people take this do-it-yourself thing too far. They create their own God. A report in Newsweek magazine said a youth pastor asked his teens who they think God is. One said He was like his grandfather: Hes there, but I never see him. Another suggested He is an evil being who wants to punish me all the time. The last teen concluded that everyone is right because thats what they really believe.
Do we decide who God is by taking a poll? Is He a being we can make up as we go along? This create-your-own-deity idea is increasingly popular today. And it is extremely dangerous. It robs us of knowing who our heavenly Father really isas Scripture describes Him. He is, after all, the One who made heaven and earth (Ps. 146:6) and the only true God (John 17:3).
One historical confession of faith says: God is a spirit, infinite, eternal, and unchangeable in His being, wisdom, power, holiness, justice, and truth. Examine the Scriptures. Find out who God really is and establish a relationship through Jesus. Then trust and obey the one true God.

Amen.
Amen.
Amen.
The Grace and Peace of God be with you, in Jesus Name, amen.
I pray that you may be invigorated and strengthened with all power according to the might of His glory, [to exercise] every kind of endurance and patience (perseverance and forbearance) with joy, giving thanks to the Father, Who has qualified and made us fit to share the portion which is the inheritance of the saints (Gods holy people) in the Light. Col. 1:11,12.
Thank you for joining in prayer.
