We can get the illegals to build it really cheap. Just make sure they’re on the Mexican side when they finish.

Now the President needs to declare a national security emergency and throw open ANWAR and the over-the-horizon coastal areas for oil development. This act alone would drive down today’s price of oil as it would shake up world oil markets and show that America can take decisive action in its own interest.

"The legislation I am introducing reinstates the most important elements of the Secure Fence, which were wrongly amended under the omnibus spending bill," Hunter said.
"If we truly hope to bring some sense of security to our southern land border, then we must begin building the appropriate infrastructure in the timeliest manner possible."

Good start. Now pull ranks and open ANWR, as well as off-shore drilling and build those refineries on old military bases.

From the article: “Federal officials say that 309 miles of fencing has been completed, as of March 17, with another 309 miles to go.”
Not true. Misleading at best, so that tells me this is some kind of ruse. I really hate being so cynical, but this administration knows whoever wins the presidency will put a stop to it. It’s a nugget to try to appease all of us ‘conservatives’ that the GOP seems to dislike so much.

What happened? Answer to prayer? What about the neo-con-artists, the United North America, the Super Highway, and the Bush "New World Order", nationalism being a "negative" thing?
Could this be a crack in that crazy scenario? Maybe he's beginning to see the light? I think you begin to see the light as you depart from Washington D.C, the heart of darkness.

How much is going to be the double fence with the BP road in between? Hunter required 854 miles of that. I’m guessing it is close to zero.
