But there was no rioting when John Edwards dropped out.
They probably will if they are incited to, and not otherwise. Its more likely if Hillary steals the Dem nomination even though Obama has more votes. In the general election, they would be more accepting of “Well, the white folks didn’t vote for him”

And most are combat vets now anyway. Take guys straight out of rotation from the sandbox. There will be no BS then, just a lot of cracked skulls.
Maybe in some places there will be riots.
But the social effects would even be more severe if Obama were to win. Mr. Obama has been promising “hope” and “change” to his supporters, and after he was elected and so many of them realize that their lives are no better in spite of his election, that their lives haven’t “changed” for the better in spite of their “hope”, it could turn really ugly.
