Most of the gainfully employed have fled the city to the surrounding burbs such as Eastpointe, Roseville, etc.......most of those left are the ones too poor to flee and too stupid to try and do so and the rest are the chronically unemployed and druggies..............
I do not believe in Karma, except as a parallel to the Biblical concept of “reaping what we sow”.
