This is a hoot! The have three time filling pools going on. 65% of the readers today are neither lawyers or law students. 95% of us are there to follow Heller, and 62% of us own more than 2 firearms.

Although all of us are supremely (pun intended) concerned with the Heller decision, the other two cases also look to be very interesting.

The DC and Chicago mayors wont be seeing any kind of victory today. Both of those bans will end today.
I however don’t expect a ruling that ends all restrictions on everything.

I don’t think Obama’s going to end up winning, but I do share your sentiments.
The problem is twofold - public education, and demographics not working in our favor.
Welfare moms and immigrants on the public tit seem to be outbreeding red-blooded Americans even with the more religious/family oriented standpoint of conservatives.
