A Canadian stand-up comedian will face a human rights tribunal hearing after a woman complained she and her friends faced a "tirade of homophobic and sexist comments" while attending one of his shows.
In a decision released this week, the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal ruled there is enough evidence to hear the case of Vancouver woman Lorna Pardy against Toronto comedian Guy Earle. Zesty's Restaurant in Vancouver, where the May 22, 2007, show took place, was also named in the complaint. The restaurant has since closed.

Pretty frightening how fascism and communism seem to be spreading more and more throughout the world. And you can be absolutely sure that an Obama victory in November will put this country on the fast track to this kind of fascism as well. Bet on it.
Let’s just hope that the “true conservatives” don’t decide to “teach us all a lesson” again, like in 2006, and sit this one out.
This is what happens to a country who has been coddled and sheltered by its sugar daddy to the south for 60 years. It gets bored and starts to create controversy out of thin air.

Canada is becoming a dour and humourless land because humour is nearly always at the expense of someone or some animal and that is illegal in Canada. There can be no butt of a joke. PC people are direct cultural descendants of the Mathers.
Yeah, they should vote for a conservative...such as Bob Barr. Let's hope that people don't sell out and vote for one of the liberals, such as McCain or Obama.
Her friends told her she had no chance to win in court but she said she was sure she could lick 'em in a fight.

Importantly, when commenting on this, be sure to compare this comedian to Lenny Bruce, that grotesque, foul mouthed radical leftist free speech icon.
This will hit liberals where it hurts, because it will compare them (rightfully) to the anal retentive censors of old they so despise.
Rub their noses in it. Rhetorically ask whether the “Human Rights Commission” is going to demand “negro” segregation next, or make women quit their jobs and get back into the kitchen “barefoot and pregnant”.
An especially tender subject in Canada, perhaps the “Human Rights Commission” will order Native American children to be taken from their parents and raised in government schools.
He deserves no votes from anyone.
