Comparing People to Hitler
Stuff White People Like ^ | June 25, 2008 | Isaac “Absent” Amirian

Posted on 06/26/2008 6:06:44 PM PDT by Uncle Ralph

Being a truly advanced white person means being able to speak with authority about pretty much any field of conversation- especially politics. In order for white people to streamline the process of knowing everything, all human beings can be neatly filed into one of two categories: People I Agree With, and People Who are Just Like Adolf Hitler.

Comparing people to Hitler is an easy way for white people to get a strong point across to the less enlightened, or the insufficiently white. Everyone knows who Adolf Hitler was. And everyone knows that Hitler was very, very bad. Therefore, if a white person really, REALLY, doesn't like something or someone, he or she may angrily say something to the effect of, "This is exactly the same kind of thing that Hitler used to do!" accompanied by varying levels of profanity based on blood-alcohol content. No matter what your gut reaction may be at that point, do not disagree with that white person. Otherwise, well, you love Hitler.

This time-tested white-person maneuver may seem so awesomely useful to you that you are tempted to go out and try it right now. Not so fast. White people have spent the last 30 years perfecting this technique. There are cultural guidelines.

It's also critical that you avoid the fatal mistake of getting creative and comparing people you don't like to other evil dictators, such as Joseph Stalin or Fidel Castro. With few exceptions, white people are actually fond of almost any dictator not named Hitler, and your remark that "this is just like something Mao Zedong would do" will be met with blank stares and possible social alienation. This is because, with the exception of Hitler, oppressive dictators share a passion for many of the things white people love- such as universal health care, conspiracy theories, caring about poor people while being filthy rich, and cool hats. Stick to the script and compare things you don't like to Hitler, and Hitler alone.

Now, like most reasonable people, you might find this strategy distasteful, and even a bit disrespectful, since after all, Hitler was responsible for the deaths of tens of millions, and probably doesn't have that much in common with Pat Robertson, in perspective. If you prefer to avoid hearing or using the Hitler technique, we recommend you speak in soothing, affirming tones around angry white people to prevent the phenomenon from manifesting, and change the subject tactfully. To something that doesn't involve George W. Bush.

The real Marxist are more clever but the “useful idiots” are always accusing the right of being Nazis, fascists, racist... well, you know the drill.

It’s funny because they are usually the biggest goose steppers of them all!

and, NAZIs had cool hats.

Well, even though they were Evil Incarnate, you do have to admit that they were snappy dressers.

Actually, National Socialism included universal health care. At least for those whom it didn't exterminate. Of course, that's true of Stalin, Castro and Mao, too.

A few useful idiots have said that Pol Pot wasn’t a Communist and that Stalin was a “right wing interloper in the USSR”. Real sharp ones, those leftists are.

Also, if it were not so effective, is the use of the epithet "Fascist". Very common in Canada and goes along with the eptithet "Racist. I smile to myself, at some flabby overfed liberal or socialist using these words. Racist is pretty hard to disprove, because it is a smear.

Now as for Fascist..... I am indebted to You Tube, and including George Orwell. I see the Nazi hard men marching with banners to the Horst Wessel Lied. I look at the flabby, well dressed, overfed liberal who uses the smear of Fascist. This to embarass an ordinary Canadian citizen.

Orwell said in his 1984, I have seen the future and it is a jackboot stamping on your face- forever. I see the citizen being backed up by this smear and I envisualise a real Fascist. The liberal is knocked on his back. When he looks up he sees a boot coming toward his face.

Now then he would really know what a Fascist is. (laughs).

Of course, certain adherents of Islam could, with accuracy be called Fascists. It is the quiet ordinary citizen who just has a different viewpoint that does not merit that epithet.

I wonder who first called Hitler Hitler?

His figure appeared as a shooting-gallery target in Russia in the 1929 Man with a Camera. When shot, a sign popped open reading (in Russian) "Father of Fascism".

Much of this started as an ‘inoculation’ by Marxists against people realizing that being NAZI was much like being a Socialist, the false premise being that fascism is ‘Right Wing.’

Reagan’s A Time For Change speech has a great line about tyranny being down and liberty being up—that there IS no real ‘right/left’ wing.

EXCERPT:
Although our modern socialists’ promise of greater freedom is genuine and sincere, in recent years observer after observer has been impressed by the unforeseen consequences of socialism, the extraordinary similarity in many respects of the conditions under “communism” and “fascism.” As the writer Peter Drucker expressed it in 1939, “the complete collapse of the belief in the attainability of freedom and equality through Marxism has forced Russia to travel the same road toward a totalitarian society of un-freedom and inequality which Germany has been following. Not that communism and fascism are essentially the same. Fascism is the stage reached after communism has proved an illusion, and it has proved as much an illusion in Russia as in pre-Hitler Germany.”

No less significant is the intellectual outlook of the rank and file in the communist and fascist movements in Germany before 1933. The relative ease with which a young communist could be converted into a Nazi or vice versa was well known, best of all to the propagandists of the two parties. The communists and Nazis clashed more frequently with each other than with other parties simply because they competed for the same type of mind and reserved for each other the hatred of the heretic. Their practice showed how closely they are related. To both, the real enemy, the man with whom they had nothing in common, was the liberal of the old type. While to the Nazi the communist and to the communist the Nazi, and to both the socialist, are potential recruits made of the right timber, they both know that there can be no compromise between them and those who really believe in individual freedom.

— F.A. Hayek, The Road to Serfdom

Restated...

Fascism is the stage reached after communism has proved an illusion - Peter Drucker
