EFCA, or the Card Check bill, introduced by Democrat Rep. George Miller (CA) and passed the US House of Representatives failed the Senate cloture vote with no Democrats voting in opposition.
In a recent statement, Executive Director Brian M. Johnson said, it should be no surprise that the left in Congress and the Communist Party are beholden to carry out the anti-democratic bidding of Labor Union bosses. Campaign contributions from Big Labor to the left translate directly into votes as not one Democrat in the Senate opposed this measure which strips the private ballot voting right of the American worker!
Endorsed by the Communist Party USA and introduced by Congressional Democrats, HR 800 would disenfranchise all workers by taking away their right to a private ballot vote when deciding on union membership or not.
Johnson continues, The Communist Party and those backing Card Check want to take things away from rank-and-file workers on behalf of the common good. That common good giving political kick-backs to their labor union buddies by allowing workers and their families to be threatened harassed and intimidated into union membership.

"The Communist Party USA views the 2008 elections as a tremendous opportunity to defeat the policies of the right-wing Republicans and to move our country in a new progressive direction.
The record turnout in the Democratic Presidential primary races shows that millions of voters, including millions of new voters, are using this election to bring about real change. We wholeheartedly agree with them."
I quit the only union controlled job I ever had right after the union got in. I have never worked under a union since and never will, I am 57 and have worked since I was 17.
Mafia union goons support card-check!

It’s the only way “they” can find out which workers have NOT yet submitted pro-union-authorization cards ... so that those workers can be ...
persuaded. Individually.
BallotCheck
No, no...
Don't you remember, the Communists (er, democrats) OPPOSE any effort to check ID cards before, during, or after approaching the ballot box. They want as many democrats to vote as many times as possible, every time!
Oh, right. They oppose checking ID’s to prevent vote fraud.

I’ve never worked under a union. My father has as a coal miner and the stories he told me just added to the disdain for unions. Defending dangerous and incompetent workers some who were caught working under the influence, telling their workers how to vote, going on strike over trivialities and making embarrassing demands. I believe people should have the right to Unionize but I also believe that employers should have the right to fire them all. I’d want the right to run a business the way I see fit and workers rights should not trump the rights of those who run the business.
I’ve never needed a union and I believe I’m farther along and have risen in my career faster because of it. When a job no longer suited me I moved on and usually for the better. People don’t realize that a government that can guarantee you a lifelong job with good benefits at a department store is one that is trapping you so that you consider nothing else.
BallotCheck Allows Requires them to Check your Ballot before you put it in the box.
No more spoiled ballots due to hanging chads or not voting for the right candidate...
lol No they can’t have that! Validation of citizenship is a big no-no but as long as you are a union member that is ok. I’d like to find out how many illegals are union members.
Is this rich or what?
The GOP is about to nominate a guy who was deformed by torture from the commies, a guy who made his name as a maverick by making deals with the party that has been subverted and overtaken by commies.
Meanwhile, the party that has been subverted and overtaken by commies seems ready to split over race and sex.
Get ready for anything. Keep your powder dry.
George McGovern is adamantly opposed to it.
I know, the irony of it would be hillarious if we were going to have to spend 10 years and probably quite a few many millions of American lives dealing with it. Most don’t really understand the fallout from the last time the U.S. government and Wall St. banks stiffed it’s own citizens and the global investor in the Roaring Twenties.
We may wind up being the minority and branded as ‘terrorists’, most of the U.S. citizenship at that point will rather eat using there digital rations card. It could get even stranger with EU and UN troops around the globe to ‘help’ the United States eliminate the ‘terrorist’ infestation. No longer sounds tin foil, does it?
BUMP, I realize you probably don’t want to stain your internet history by clicking the link in post #4 but I consider it a must read.
The CPUSA basically give a straight forward endorsement of Hussein. Now someone tell me why this isn’t grounds for an automatic disqualification.
If it were grounds for automatic disqualification, the CPUSA would "endorse" the conservative candidate.
