MEMORANDUM IN SUPPORT OF PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER AND FOR EXPEDITED DISCOVERY
Plaintiff Philip J. Berg, Esquire [hereinafter “Plaintiff”] hereby offers this Memorandum in support of his motion for a temporary restraining order, to enjoin Defendant Barack Hussein Obama, a/k/a Barry Obama, a/k/a Barry Soetoro, a/k/a Barack Soetoro, a/k/a Barry Dunham, a/k/a Barack Dunham [hereinafter “Obama”] from running for the office of President of the United States; to enjoin Defendant, Democratic National Committee from Nominating Defendant Barack Hussein Obama, a/k/a Barry Obama, a/k/ a Barry Soetoro, a/k/a Barack Soetoro, a/k/a Barry Dunham, a/k/a Barack Dunham’s and placing his name on the ballot for Presidential election, and for expedited discovery in this case.
Plaintiff’s Complaint challenges Defendant Obama’s eligibility to run for the C:\Documents and Settings\Geoff\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.Outlook\RUX63DMN\ObamaMemSupportTRO082108 (2).doc 1 Office of President.
Defendant Obama is unqualified and ineligible to run for United States Office of the President, as he is not a “natural born” citizen as required by Article II, Section I of the United States Constitution. The Democratic National Committee [hereinafter “DNC”] has failed to perform due diligence, and to verify the eligibility of Defendant Obama to run for the office of President of the United States. As set out in Plaintiff’s Complaint, to allow Defendant Obama to continue running for Office of the President will violate the United States Constitution and Laws, which our forefathers set out to protect.
Plaintiff seeks focused and expedited discovery, so that he can demonstrate to the Court, as soon as possible, the full breadth of innocent people affected by Defendant Obama’s fraudulent campaign.

I have no clue why some keep this $%^#$%!! going. I think that both Rush and Sean have gone on record saying that they automatically delete all of these “non-citizen” emails.
There have been other Presidents born outside of the USA. As I recall, you only need to have one US Citizen parent. No one (that I have seen)has claimed that neither parent was a US citizen.
Interesting to note; If someone tried to run an unqualified person for prez. the MSM will help all they can, with treason aforethought!!!

I, too, noticed the absence of a date on the Memorandum. It is curious. I did note that the title of the pdf is curious as well and dated 2006.

Further investigation led to Obama’s State Bar Registration and Public Disciplinary Record. On the Illinois State Bar Registration and Public Disciplinary Record, it specifically asks for “Full former name(s). Obama put “None”, when in fact he went by the name Barry Soetoro, and Barry Obama. It is further believed Obama has used the name Barry Dunham. Obama lied on the State government form that he signed under the penalty of perjury.
Wow. The complaint doesn't mention that perjury is a felony - and that (IIRC) the Constitution requires that the POTUS not be a felon.
And she will carry about 0.00001% of the Black vote without which no Democrat has been elected since Woodrow Wilson.
Keeping a senator from running for POTUS because of this sort of thing would be a technicality.But then, Obama's political career has been paved with the use of technicalities to eliminate his opposition. So it would be poetic justice in this case.

It will put pressure on the delegates, however, especially if this gets forced into MSM. The fact that it is in court and will not be resolved but ultimately dismissed is not relevant if it can be made common knowledge that there are such questions and that O'Bama doesn't want to show his paperwork.
There are other parts to the action. One is Hussein’s trip to Pakistan in 1981, apparently on an Indonesian passport. If so then I believe he had to formally renounce his American citizenship to get that passport. That renunciation is recognized by the United States. Unless he later took an oath of loyalty in front of an appropriate American official he would not be a US citizen.
The problem here is his dual citizenship in Indonesia (via Lolo Soetoro-stepfather). Indonesian law stated at the time that a person had to choose their citizenship at their majority. At 18 to 20, it is said Obama used an Indonesian passport to travel to Pakistan. If true, he would have had to renounce US citizenship to get an Indonesian passport.
The point of this action is not to get a judge to force O’Bama to produce a B.C. that probably can’t happen. The point is to produce doubts in voters’ heads and especially in delegates’ heads at the convention. Producing doubts in voters produces angst in delegates.
I was under the impression that blacks and liberals in general actually turned out in smaller numbers than Republicans and conservatives.

That wouldn't necessarily be true.There was a time (not all that long ago) when it was relatively easy to lose ones US citizenship.However,in the last 50 years or so the Federal courts have handed down a number of rulings which have resulted in it becoming very *difficult* to lose one's US citizenship.Unless he renounced his citizenship *before a US State Department official* that renunciation wouldn't be valid...wouldn't be recognized.Check the State Dept website for details.

The Obama campaign produced a copy of the COLB and posted it on the campaign’s website to put to rest the rumors. The campaign also stated: “Senator Obama was born in Hawaii in 1961, after it became a state on August 21st, 1959. Obama became a citizen at birth under the first section of the 14th Amendment

WMR has recently learned from sources close to Republican operatives who work with Karl Rove, George W. Bush’s former White House political adviser and long-time GOP dirty tricks manipulator, that Rove has something up his sleeve that could throw the 2008 presidential election and the country into a constitutional tail spin.
Rove has been working overtime to dig up anything that could be sued to derail the inauguration of Obama on January 20, 2009, if he wins the presidency, as is now anticipated from months of recent polling data.

WMR has learned that British intelligence has a copy of a birth certificate registering Obama’s birth in Mombasa, Kenya. On June 10, 2008, WMR reported on the planned GOP tactic: “The rumor that will be advanced by the GOP operatives will be that Obama was not born in Hawaii in August 1961 but in Mombasa, Kenya. A birth certificate showing Obama was born at a maternity hospital in Mombasa will be produced and it will indicate that Obama’s mother was not Ann Dunham of Kansas who met Barack Obama, Sr. at the University of Hawaii and married on February 2, 1961. A photograph purporting to be that of Dunham will reportedly be produced and will show the 18-year old woman wearing a bikini on the beach at Waikiki in July 1961 and will show her not pregnant. Barack Obama was born on August 4, 1961 in Hawaii.
The planted GOP story will claim that Obama is the son not of Dunham but of a light-skinned Kenyan Arab woman and Barack Obama, Sr. and that he was not born in Hawaii but in Mombasa, making him ineligible to be president since the Constitution requires all Presidents to be native born in the United States.
Obama’s parents were divorced in 1963 and Obama’s father was killed in an automobile crash in Kenya in 1982. Dunham died in 1995 from cancer at the age of 52.
The information about Obama, Sr. and the light-skinned Kenyan Arab woman who will be falsely described as Obama’s actual mother will use as a basis purported MI-6 British intelligence files held on Obama’s father in 1961. Kenya was a British colony until it attained independence in December 1963. Die-hard Hillary Clinton supporters may offer up the Obama birth certificate doubts during the Democratic convention as a way to get Obama to step aside if he cannot put the doubts to rest and advance Hillary Clinton as the runner-up winner of votes during the primary. However, after Obama selects a vice presidential running mate, that individual would claim the mantle in the event Obama stood down. Such an event would open up a conventional floor fight unlike any seen in modern times.
However, WMR has learned from sources who have been advised of Rove’s plans that such a Democratic Party civil war scenario is not Rove’s current desire. Rove, apparently, is figuring on disrupting the Electoral College in the aftermath of an Obama in in November and throw the election into the House of Representatives and the federal courts in January. If questions remain about Obama’s birth status and citizenship, the inauguration scheduled for January 20 could be postponed and that means that George W. Bush and Dick Cheney would remain in the White House until the constitutional crisis is resolved.

The Obama campaign and the Democratic Party should produce ironclad documentation proving beyond a shadow of a doubt that Barack Obama, Jr. was born in Honolulu on August 4, 1961 to Ann Dunham and Barack Obama, Sr. Without a paper-based birth certificate from, preferably, both the hospital and the state of Hawaii, Rove will push his plans to disrupt the inauguration and keep Bush and Cheney in office until a final resolution.
The documentation from Hawaii faces another hurdle. Republican Governor Linda Lingle is the first elected Republican Governor of Hawaii in the state’s history. As Governor, Lingle is in a position to manipulate Hawaii’s records to assist Rove’s plans. And Rove’s past indicates that he will use Lingle and her GOP status and links to neocon interests to maximum advantage. The Obama campaign must act fast to deep-six Rove’s plans for November, December, January, and possibly longer.

Yes,you're correct in saying that with Osama Obama anything is possible.But I know for a fact that the only time the State Department (which is in charge of such things) will accept as valid a US citizen renouncing his US citizenship is when that renunciation is done *before an official of the State Department*...in writing...and in an already established way.Osama having renounced his US citizenship before an Indonesian government official...or before anyone else....doesn't count.Legally,that is.

Legal or not if the voters ever hear such a thing he’s done. Only the hard left would think he’s a hero for doing such a thing. In this case, intent would would lose the election for him.
If it can be clearly established that Osama Obama renounced his citizenship...even if the act was not legally binding...it would certainly hurt him badly.
