Several years ago as the MSM began to fall in love the leftist Republican Arnold Swartznegger they chose to carefully examine the fourteenth amendment regarding Arnolds possible requirement deficit, even going to the point of 'floating a trial balloon' to determine the public attitude toward amending the Constitution to 'force a fit'. It is noted that the idea did not gain any traction to speak of, but there was, and still remains, some interest in this notion.
Now comes an examination of a true contender, someone who has a good chance of being elected, and with serious people asking pertinent questions of eligibility, even going to the length of an Attorney in Pennsylvania who is a long time democrat and previous office holder in that state, bringing a cause of action with sworn expert testimony, with several exhibits and proofs of allegation to prove a fact issue to explain the tort, and the MAINSTREAM MEDIA chooses to ignore this issue, which is of tantamount importance to every American of any political stripe. The small issue of Constitutionality hangs in the balance and the Fourth Estate has clearly decided to pretend this issue does not exist. So, we Americans, may just elect a person with dual or triple loyalties to one of three different countries, and the MAINSTREAM MEDIA chooses to pretend these circumstances do not exist.
The irresponsibility of the MSM continues its march to oblivion and irrelevance, but this time they are taking our Constitution with them. This should not be allowed to stand. If this Constitutional imperative is dismissed by a powerhungry DNC and candidate, what other portion of the Constitution will go next?
I would never vote Obama. But if he was legitimately elected, he would be my President, and I would know him as my President. However if he is illigitimate, we will simply change sides of the isle with the dems who now declare themselves not to be loyal to President Bush because they say he was selected, not elected. I do not agree with them, but the illegal candidacy of Obama will be a 'Cry for Dysunity' for the entirity of his presidency and continue to undermine the idea of America uniting all of its people. It will divide asunder.
If Obama is determined to be a legitimate American citizen without duality of loyalty it will go a long way to unite the citizens of this country, and we all should hope for unity on this issue.
Why the MSM fauned all over an Arnold for president, knowing and resolving in their minds he was not eligible is inexplicable given his known birth nation, and now with a person who may be a foreign national they ignore him. Have they have allowed the can to be kicked so far down the road that they seek to cover not only Obamas deceit but their own malfeasance.

I will remember that neither the potus nor the gubmint is “my country.” My country is much, much more that that, and gubmint/potus is much, much less!

It must be sad to be part of the MSM. To be so insecure and whipped to not explore the truth about a shallow wanabe potus just speaks “wimp” to me. They are just tools. Where have all the real men gone? And not to be sexist, where are the real women journalists too?
Until instructed otherwise or until/if the courts rule that Obama is ineligible to be president. Then they might try, but they will have no choice.
That will take you to the file of the actual lawsuit, which I suggest everyone send to any many journalists as possible.

What court, under the authority of what law?
There seems to be no enforcement mechanism for the
Constitutional provision.
If no one sues a state for putting an ineligible
candidate on the ballot, and no party declines to
nominate, and the Electoral College passes, and
the House certifies the election results, and the
CJ of SCOTUS swears the person in, they’re in.
That Clinton pal lawyer who filed suit last week
is about to discover that no court has or is willing
to assert jurisdiction on this.
The Constitution evidently relied on candidates
being honorable. It clearly did not anticipate
modern Democrats.

The lawsuit is nonsense. BO’s birth cert. has been published with the ID number so anyone can get a copy from HI. The Supreme Court ruled years ago that an American citizen doesn’t forfeit his citizenship just because he becomes a citizen of another country. The rule on his mother’s age only applies to babies born in another country. So there is no question that BO is a natural born American.
As a nation we get sicker by the day!

Obama is playing with real fire, if Americans find out he is not legal the man will have a lot of problems and the secret service will be void.
Actually every state has a provision to file for ineligibility of a candidate. They must be filed in each state and cannot be filed in a federal court(which should have been included in the constitution). However, such a system(state to state) does exist although to my knowledge it has never been used.
Ok, you say his COLB has been published with the number, where is the copy with the number? Why did he post a phony one if he has a real one? Please, as I said, post the number so we can call Hawaii and check it out as a legitimate COLB, otherwise I think you are just pis**** in the wind here. There is no legitimate COLB from Hawaii for Obama. Not only that there are several other things that tend to make him ineligible for Potus. Read the lawsuit.
As to the Supreme court upholding dual citizenship for Americans that is true, however, Indonesia does not accept dual citizenship, Barracks step father renounced Obama's US citizenship in order to get him declared an Indonesian citizen. Therefore Barry, or his mother, had to reaffirm his American citizenship when he returned to the states. It wasn't, therefore he is a citizen of Indonesia, so the argument goes. Also he lied on his papers when he filed for candidacy, he said his name is Barrack H. Obama, but in reality his name is Barry Soetoro. It was never changed back.
Even if you can submit a valid COLB number(which I really, really doubt)he still faces many eligibilty problems.

You must be living on another planet. HI laws prevent anyone but Obama from authorizing release of his birth certificate. The published version you mentioned has been proven to as phony as Dan Rathers “fake but accurate” documents.
Fingers crossed that Hillary brings this up during her keynote.... come on Hillary!!!
I don’t like anything at all about the Clintons, but I would feel a lot better if McCain had a slip up in October that She’d be in office versus BHO...
I agree 100% about Hil being far less destructive than BHO should the Dems manage to steal the election. I’m phoning my senators, Hil superdelegates, to stand firm for “our” girl.
I just want to see the proof that he was not born in Africa and flown to Hawaii to be “registered”
