After dissing Russia last week, the moonbats (BELOW) had a Sit-In in support of Georgia this Saturday, complete with posters. The posters above and behind the moonbats say: (LEFT SIDE) "RUSSIA, Hands Off Poland, Ukraine, Baltic States" (CENTER) "Russia, Out of Georgia, Now". Another sign to the right, but out of site of the moonbats but in clear view of the cars that pass by, says: "Russia, Make Vodka, Not War, Now". That idea is courtesy of FReeper \/\/ayne. Also, the white hatted moonbat, 4th from left, isn't holding her regular "Hands Off Iran" sign. Any one for herding cats?

In reality, the 60s hippies just couldn’t stand for an hour.
The (BELOW) hippie didn’t like the posters. He wasn’t out last Saturday. When a moonbat from last week showed up, the new guy complained about the posters. It was funny watching his arm gestures as he talked.
But our fun had to come to an end. We had serious business to do, whole heartedly supporting our troops in spite of the moonbats. Truthfully, we actually have a good time supporting our troops. With all the passing cars honking and waving, and the four generations that stand on our side, there is a lot going on.
The 12 true patriots who supported the Good Guys were our 4 WWII Legionnaires Ed (Army), Glenn (USMC), Dave (Army), Francis (Army), and our Korean War vet, Frank (Army) and FReepers and Lurkers - Lurker Bill and daughter, Cindy_True_Supporter, Fraxinus, GunsAreOK, [Mrs] Trooprally, aka [Mrs] T, and myself, [Mr] T.
I also need to mention that Cindy_True_Supporter and [Mrs] Trooprally belong to the same American Legion Post as the Legionnaires mentioned in the Roll Call. They served in the early 70s. I usually don’t identify them in the Roll Call for simplicity sake. That’s 7 of 12 of the Patriots this Saturday being Legionnaires from the same Post.
Lurker Bill’s daughter has been missing the last several weeks. It was sure good to see our next generation out with us once again.

Something neat happened this week when [Mrs] T was taking her pics of passing supporters. With the Legionnaires holding down Lurker Bill’s regular left flank position, he stood closer to the middle of our group. [Mrs] T just happen to catch the waves as Lurker Bill responded to them. Of course there are other neat pics included.
WARNING TO FREEPERS ATTENDING OLNEY - Some new money making have been installed on north bound Georgia Avenue right before you enter the main business district. Slow your speed after the light at King William Drive.

As always, the D.C. Chapter's rules for protesting will be in effect. Briefly, they are: No violence, no profanity, no racism, no provocations, obey the law and treat all law enforcement officers with respect.
But a lot of verbal engagement in Olney is always welcome.
