Washington, DC -- A new commercial from the Obama slams a survivor of a botched late-term abortion and presidential candidate John McCain as "sleazy" for promoting a "despicable lie" that calls Obama into question for his votes against providing medical care to babies who survive failed abortions.
As LifeNews.com reported, Gianna Jessen, a young woman who survived a failed saline abortion in the late 1970s, chides Obama for voting repeatedly against bills in the Illinois legislature to stop infanticide.
She released an ad about Obama's votes against the Born Alive Infants Protection Act and pointed out how even abortion advocates like Hillary Clinton and John Kerry voted for a similar bill on the federal level.
The Obama campaign has just released a scathing new ad in response.

Who is Obama calling a liar? The baby born via a botched abortion. This man is a horrid excuse for a human being.
By comparison, no veterinarian would let a suffering, mangled DOG lay in a dirty linen closet until it died.

The only sleazy despicable liar in this equation is Obama himself. The fact of the matter is that had Gianna been tossed in a garbage can in Chicago, if Obama had had his way on the bill, she’d be DEAD, because they would have let her die.
Why the obvious is so lost on some people continues to astound me.
This is a good strategy on Obama’s part: calling an abortion survivor a sleazy liar. I like it. I would encourage him to spend a lot of money on this particular ad.

Obama dares to attack something like that! What he’s doing is insensitive, heartless and cruel. And how dare they call abortion a simple “choice.” It is MURDER!!!!!
We are not “anti-choice;” rather, we are “anti-murder-a-baby.” I don’t understand how people can support abortion at all.
What Obama supports is a human rights violation and immoral. That man doesn’t deserve to be our President!!

But what is Obama talking about? John McCain supports killing babies whose fathers committed rape or incest. And he’s not running on a platform to ban abortion.
I think Obama is a sleazy and despicable liar. He fought a bill that would force doctors to save children born alive during an abortion. Now he’s trying to deny it because it hurts him politically. Too late, Obambi, you already showed your true colors.
