That would be quite a dilemma. I wonder how a refusal to vote in the electoral college would affect succession. Would President Bush stay in office until a new person is chosen or would we end up with a president pro tem, President Pelosi? God forbid.

Now that the Obama campaign has admitted that Senator Obama was indeed a Kenyan citizen (http://fightthesmears.com/articles/5/birthcertificate: "Since Sen. Obama has neither renounced his U.S. citizenship nor sworn an oath of allegiance to Kenya, his Kenyan citizenship automatically expired on Aug. 4,1982.”), all of the questions about his citizenship must be brought into the light of day.

Senator Obama, having admitted obscuring one issue of citizenship, has cast a cloud over his already complex citizenship issues.

That cloud must be removed. It is not acceptable for a Presidential candidate to have anything other than clear eligibility for the office of the President of the United States.

It would necessarily be moot if Obama loses.
Obama would be guilty of massive fraud, unless it could be established that he didn't know he wasn't constitutionally eligible. (Heck of a note for a US Constitutional Professor!) He has defrauded the Democrat party, the American people, and anybody else who in good faith donated money to him. (And don't forget the Illinois Bar Association & the State of Illinois for his law license!)

Agreed but even crap has its uses and the Obama has no hesitation in using it. As I said, there is absolutely nothing to be gained by taking this lawsuit seriously because the MSM won’t pay it any attention.

I wish them well. I just see this thing getting kicked out on some procedural grounds short of the merits.

It may have been mentioned, but who is the judge on this case? Who appointed him/her?

Fraud, yes, but unless Berg lived in Illinois or contributed to his campaign, he would have no standing to pursue the lawsuit and it would be moot as to him. A lot of people might have such a claim again Obama but I don’t believe Berg could sustain it if his standing is based solely on being a U.S. citizen. Besides, if he loses such a case, I suspect he will be judgment-proof.

The defrauding of Illinois Bar etc really a minor compared to defrauding the public about being eligible to run for president. (We are talking about defrauding millions of campaign contributions!)

If it turns out that Obama really isn't a natural born citizen. I would bet he really never bothered to even be naturalized which would deprive him of his Senate seat.
