Berg Filed an Answer Sept. 29th, 2008
(Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania – 09/29/08) - Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama’s lack of “qualifications” to serve as President of the United States, announced today that he filed his Opposition and Brief to Obama and Democratic National Committee [DNC] Joint Motion to Dismiss in the case of Berg v. Obama, No. 08-cv-04083.
Berg feels confident that he has “Standing” and the Court will allow the case to go forward. Our response was due in 14 days, but the Court requested our answer by Monday, September 29, 2008 and we complied. In our response we set forth sufficient reasons that I have “Standing” to bring this lawsuit. Furthermore, I set forth additional reasons that indicate Obama does not meet the qualifications for President of the United States and Obama should be removed from the ballot and held accountable.

Berg again stressed his position regarding the urgency of this case as, “we” the people, are heading to a “Constitutional Crisis” if this case is not resolved forthwith.

The Obama DNC camp waited until the deadline date required by the court to produce evidence that Obama is a natural born citizen they did not.
Instead, they filed for a dismissal of the case.
Obama is a man that has something to hide here.

So very true. Berg has a good resume but a bit of a nut cases history. It is very hard to read him. But I think he was very clear in stating that all Obama had to do was produce the documents requested and he would happily dismiss the suit.
Not only did Obama not produce these documents...We have seen hide nor hair of a:
Full medical report\
His grades at any school
His IL application for the Bar
His client lists for the brief time he practiced law
Nor much of anything else. He simply refers us back to his flipping books. I should be so lucky as to apply for a job and tell the employer to STFU when they want documents for verification of my statements.

THIS IS THE TRUTH FOLKS!!
The fact that the Obamessiah has not/will not put this to rest by releasing a certified copy of his COLB or offer any additional verifiable evidence of his early childhood in America or his college days keeps this topic alive. It suggests that he has something to hide and is hoping that if he keeps ignoring it, it will go away.
It won’t go away, Burp, anymore than J F’n Kerrys Swift Boaters who served with him and remember his cowardice. Address it now, or address it in the very near future - but address it you will.
Not putting much stock into this (IMO), but crazier things have happened I guess. I’ll believe it when I see it happen.
