I honestly have my doubts that we can turn things around before it gets ugly.

I know that you're not familiar with how the courts work, so like I told you, go to Berg's website and get the copy there...not from someone else.
I don't know where your copy from, but it's not the same one that he released.

I think this whole thing needs to be wrapped up quickly so Berg can go back to what he was doing before: trying to get Bush and Cheney indicted on criminal charges for their part in covering up the 9/11 attacks.

You were the one making the allegations, not me, by saying that their their interpretation of the statutes is correct , and I'm relaying to you what I've been told by Berg's office
So, unless you're a lawyer well-versed in Constitutional Law, or even pretending to be one, then don't ask someone who is not or who dosn't pass himself as one.
If Berg's office tells me that they got it wrong, then I am going to tell you that. If you have a problem with it, then take it up with them. If it were me, I'd want to hear it straight from the source.
EVERYTHING that Obama and his campaign has done can be called into question. Who are his anonymous donors? What was the extent of his relationships with Ayers, Rezko, Auchi, and Rashid. Where and how did he distribute the $200 million his campaign alleged to have gotten honestly? Why won't he show his birth certificate? Or his Columbia transcripts, and so on, ad infinitum, ad nauseum.
I wouldn't bet the ranch that Obama is going to win this election, let alone have his name still on the ballot.

She filed a motion to intervene in Berg's case earlier this month.

The only Theresa I know about goes by the initials "TD" and who posted the same stuff as Pam did.
But, it's totally irrelevant who's COLB was used for the forgery. Heck, it could have been Jsnice Okubo's for all I care.
There's a lot more people involved in this COLB conspiracy than heretofore mentioned, and I want them to think that OBama can call on them for support.
You're right about the key being "where" Obama was born, but it's also important to demonstrate the proof of a cover-up. Think about Watergate, and CREEP -- how Nixon instigated the cover-up that tied him to the break-in which they tried to pass off as the work of over zealous campaign workers.
Didn't need to, because anyone still referencing Techdude has their heads in the sand. I did find out that she's just trying to gravy-train off of Berg's suit, stealing some of the thunder, but her knowledge of the law is about as spot-on as her choice of "forensic experts."
And since I've now made this known, I'll likely be banned yet a third time. So please don't try and tell me that conservatives are more tolerant than liberals. It just isn't so.
