Obama already has his own channel (73) on Dish satellite that's a 24/7 campaign commercial for the Messiah!

Why is anyone surprised he has the money for his new grand scheme??

Which is what McCain should have been doing in order to tell the American voter what the MSM will not.

Who says he's going to be pleading and explaining?
It could be like the Clinton 30 minute tape...done documentary style showing his family, and how he was a regular guy. *rolleyes*

Earlier this week, I posted on some thread or other that this is what McCain needs to do. Obama beat him to it.

6.8 won’t be the easiest thing to find come trouble.

Well, I have plenty of other toys that go "bang", and lots of fodder for them. In the case of the 6.8 Bushmaster I'm just trying to beat an anticipated price increase. I don't think the price of ammo will go up significantly in the event of an Obama win (not immediately, anyway), but guns with military styling probably will quite quickly.

That's an awful lot of money.

For that amount of cash he better make it worth his while, and throw both Billy and Bernadine under the bus...

Latest email from the “community organizer, agitator” campaign encouraging me to drive to New Mexico, or if I can’t drive, to call New Mexicans and try to persuade them.

And they are encouraging me to WASTE GAS AND DRIVE FOR CHANGE.

here’s the email”

Last week, the McCain campaign admitted it doesn’t want to talk about the economic issues facing Americans across the country. Instead they want to launch false attacks on Barack’s character.

With only four weekends left to talk to undecided voters, we need your help to fight back against the McCain campaign’s lies and accusations, and help get out Barack’s message of change.

And the best way you can help with that fight is to travel to New Mexico — a key battleground in this election — for one or more weekends.

And if you can, the Campaign for Change needs you to spend at least two of the four days preceding Election Day in New Mexico.

Will you Drive for Change and take a short trip to make a big difference?

The New Mexico Campaign for Change is hard at work reaching out to undecided voters. But polls show a small lead in a very close race, and history tells us that every vote counts. Al Gore won New Mexico by less than 400 votes — John Kerry lost by just over 6,000.

That’s why Obama supporters need to step up and travel to New Mexico.

Undecided voters in New Mexico have to hear why this country can’t afford four or eight more years of George Bush’s failed policies, and face-to-face contact is the most effective way to help build the Campaign for Change.

Campaign housing is limited, so please make your own arrangements if possible.

Time is running out. Sign up now to come to New Mexico this weekend — and invite your friends and family to come along:

We can’t do this without you.

Thanks,

Adrian

New Mexico State Director
Obama for America

P.S. — If you can’t drive to New Mexico, you can make a big difference by calling undecided voters using our online Neighbor to Neighbor tool. Find out more about calling undecided voters:

He already gets 30 minutes every night free of charge on the big 3 networks, and gets 24/7 around the clock ad time on two cable networks. That’s not to mention the big newspapers. Is that not enough?

Will mlb.com drop the blackout restriction if 0 preempts playoffs/World Series?

I was just talking to our auditor from one of the state agencies. When I just hinted that Obama might be elected, she visibly shuddered, her eyes going wide. Obama really does not have the support he thinks he does and the Bradley effect is real.

That said, I'd love to see the overnights on OBH's set piece. Given that CBS's ratings are already awful, choosing it is kind of like paying back for all they've done for him for free rather than actually connecting with anyone.

After all, isn't it CBS watchers who already haven't enough of a clue not to know better than to vote for him? How will smarming at the choir do him any good?

Gotta love him wasting the money, though. Works real well for me.

Obama: “I... have called you all together tonight... to put a rest to these horrible lies... that I have missing years in the 80s. My opponents are flinging mud... Desperately attempting... like rats from a sinking ship... to connect me to filthy Communists, socialists, and yes, even terrorists....

“Nothing... could be further... from the truth.

“Now, I have been keeping... these years... out of the press, it is true... But there is a very good reason... And when you see the following photos... You will finally understand.

“Take a look at this... I am not proud of it... But I was a Disco King while at Columbia... Here you see my flowing afro... Nearly covering my ears... Sadly, yes, that is a pair of glitter bell bottoms... Note the many medallions on chains around my neck... I was most embarrassed to have the public see... my four-inch Elton John platform shoes...

“Now all your questions about my activities... have been answered. Enjoy.. your regularly scheduled prime time shows... And I look forward... to being your President very soon.”

McCain doesn’t have the cash to buy equal time.

Obama may have gotten a big discounted deal with the drive by media. Just like when the New York Times gave one to the MoveOn.org to do their anti-Petraeus ad.

“Repent, ye sinners and vote for me!”

Man, this guy is just too full of himself. This is a weird mixture of politics, religion(cult), and American primetime TV. The ultimate reality show, I suppose.

Seriously, if he loses then I bet quite a few of his supporters will kill themselves.

Admittedly, that would be a pretty valid reason for vanishing for a decade...
