Barack Obama has held himself out as a bridge builder across even divisive issues. No topic fits that description more than abortion.
In the final presidential debate Wednesday, Obama had seemingly finished giving his view on abortion when he added these words: Abortion is "always a tragic situation," he said, and we should "try to prevent unintended pregnancies by providing appropriate education to our youth, communicating that sexuality is sacred ... and providing options for adoption and helping single mothers if they want to choose to keep the baby. ... Nobody is pro-abortion. ... We should try to reduce these circumstances."

Either that, or Obama has photos of him in a house of ill-repute .. . .

If you don’t like abortions, don’t have That One!
Seems we are becoming a nation devoid of reason and order. This is the REAL operation Chaos, wonder who is responsible.
I pray for his soul. He has embraced evil.
“I pray for his soul. He has embraced evil”.
I’m to a point of thinking he doesn’t have a soul to pray for.
“try to prevent unintended pregnancies by providing appropriate education to our youth”
by which of course Obama means littering schools with condoms, not exactly a Catholic position.....
Kmiec has really gone out on a limb here.
The democrat party is evil. Their platform upholds, supports and condones the killing of life in the womb and the destruction of the family through same sex marriages.
Either that, or Obama has photos of him in a house of ill-repute .. . . “
I’m sure it’s not exactly that. But...considering that Kmiec has deep Chicago roots, and that he was at a large Chicago law firm before beginning his government work, I’m not so sure that Obama and his Chicago boys don’t have some dirt. It sounds incredible. But what Kmiec is saying is also incredible. His reasoning begs for a second guess as to why.
With regards to The Firm, I think that Kmiec was actually at the same firm as Michelle and Bill Ayers’ wife, which is, I think, Sidley Austin? He was there a very long time ago, so I’m not certain of that, but I am beyond a reasonable suspicion. Is it beyond the pale to think that something revolving around The Firm could be at the root of this??
“providing appropriate education to our youth” in my day this was done at HOME. We were told it was WRONG amd that is was Killing a Life. Somehow, we understood.
The southern expression for having dirt on somebody generally is having photos of someone in a house of ill repute. The actual original phrase is completely politically incorrect as well as obscene and can't be even THOUGHT of any more, so I cleaned it up.
As incredible as it seems, such a scenario sort of has the ring of truth about it, doesn’t it? Obama’s people are thugs, so I’m sure they have good on a lot of folks.
Have no experience of it, but small town Southern politics can be just as vicious and dirty.
My dad never ran for office, but he was a campaign manager quite often. As David Balfour says in the book of the same name (it's by R.L. Stevenson and a rousing good read), "I had seen politics from behind, where it is all bones and blackness."
Read “All the King’s Men” by Robert Penn Warren?
That’s an incredible novel and remember how they say that you can find dirt on anyone?
E.g. Joe the Plumber - he's "unlicensed" but he's working for a licensed business so he doesn't HAVE to have a license. Done absolutely nothing wrong but got slimed anyhow.
Cant’ remember where I read it but this statement is so true:
Whenever there is a compromise between good and evil, evil always wins.
There is no compromise when it comes to abortion. The way to prevent millions of them is to make them illegal. I can tell you from experience both from my own and from millions of women who are voicing their regret through “Silent No More Awareness” that the fact that abortion is legal made the abortion easy to obtain, inexpensive and gave it an aura of rightness.
McCain could have closed with explaining that 0bamas FOCA promise is proof that 0bamas common ground on abortion is just more lies and BS.
0bama and his pathetic looser, Traitor Kmiec would have been hard pressed to spin on that.

But how can this be? How cn you overturn state laws in all 50 states without a Constitutional amendment, or --- lacking that --- a new Supreme Court Decision, "Roe vs Wade Stalinique" --- which in effect overrides every state and local jurisdiction?
The Philosopher Kings of the USSC could presume to do it. But how can Congress do it? Woudn't it be unconstitutional?
Can somebody explain how that works?
