Barack Obama and the Strategy of Manufactured Crisis
American Thinker ^ | 10/30/08 | James Simpson

Posted on 10/30/2008 9:54:46 AM PDT by mtnwmn

America waits with bated breath while Washington struggles to bring the U.S. economy back from the brink of disaster. But many of those same politicians caused the crisis, and if left to their own devices will do so again.

Despite the mass media news blackout, a series of books, talk radio and the blogosphere have managed to expose Barack Obama's connections to his radical mentors -- Weather Underground bombers William Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn, Communist Party member Frank Marshall Davis and others. David Horowitz and his Discover the Networks.org have also contributed a wealth of information and have noted Obama's radical connections since the beginning.

Yet, no one to my knowledge has yet connected all the dots between Barack Obama and the Radical Left. When seen together, the influences on Obama's life comprise a who's who of the radical leftist movement, and it becomes painfully apparent that not only is Obama a willing participant in that movement, he has spent most of his adult life deeply immersed in it.

But even this doesn't fully describe the extreme nature of this candidate. He can be tied directly to a malevolent overarching strategy that has motivated many, if not all, of the most destructive radical leftist organizations in the United States since the 1960s.

The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the
populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to
safety) by menacing it with an endless series of
hobgoblins, all of them imaginary.

I've got my tin foil hat on tight and my assertion is that the whole stock market crisis is manufactured. First, the banks who got federal cash are sitting on it. that keeps the crisis brewing. Second, the stock market swings wildly in the last hour of trading daily. That suggests big dogs influencing the Dow.

Methinks, Soros, Lewis,Bing, etal are swaying the financial world to get their guy in.

Oh, but Manufactured Crisis strategy takes this to a whole new level. Now we are to have hobgoblins that are real.

I may have to make one of those hats for myself. I agree that this whole thing, especially the “global recesssion” thing, is at best highly suspect. I have no clue as to the ins and outs of all this financial markets stuff, but also think the “experts” are full of crap and may know even less than I do We hear talk about how “all the rest of the world” (well, don’t include Israel, of course) wants Obama. One way they see to get that is to put such a squeeze on the voters that they try to vote their way out of a paralyzing fear.

Excellent, depressing article. Regarding the associations of, potentially, the next POTUS / CIC: - Conspicuous in their absence are any connections at all with any other group, moderate, or even mildly leftist. They are all radicals, firmly bedded in the anti-American, communist, socialist, radical leftist mesh.

There are 2 ways to prepare for a Zero presidency.

1. Do nothing and hope for the best. This is the manner in which most of the USA will take.

2. Prepare for the worst and defend yourself. If Zero is as big as Marxist everyone is saying, then the Feds have the paperwork on 90% of the firearms in the USA. It is just a matter of will a storm trooper showup at your front door (kick it down under Zero’s orders) and simply take it.

If #2 does occur, the 2nd Amendment comes into play. The 1st 10 Amendments to the Constitution are Inalienable rights and cannot be taken away by the stroke of a pen. Should #2 occur, you have the right to defend yourself. Question is, WILL YOU?

The field of work known as “gun taker” will have a mortality rate higher than the crab fishing industry.

Yep. I sure will. I got a couple of guns this month, my first couple actually, to do just that, should the need arise.

(I didn’t get to shoot terrorists in Iraq, but I’ll sure-as-heck want to shoot traitors here in the US.)

Having been a former Leftist, I have been saying this in a million ways since turning Conservative permanently 15 years ago. This is EXACTLY what the strategy of Frank, Dodd, Obama is-—I recognize the names Piven and Cloward, but was unaware of this overtly cynical strategy they invented. They think, as I said, Capitalism is Socialism with Training Wheels....they hijack a wealth only Capitalism could have created, and figure a thousand different ways to TAKE IT OVER, and EXPROPRIATE IT. Socialism never created any wealth on its own, it doesn’t have that ability; it’s only interested in nationalizing, expropriating, centralized, demogoguing. This much should be understood about them. They will let the chips fall where they may, as long as the chips don’t fall on them. They are Mao’s Red Guard dressed in business suits.
And if Obama is elected, the already tenuous situation globally, will be fanned into flames and an Islamic holocaust such as we can’t even imagine will officially be jump-started.

Personally, I don't believe there is a recession right now because I don't believe any of the data being published before the election. If you recall the stories about the Venona Project, the CIA had broken the codes that the Soviets were using and they were directing their agents not to recruit any more assets in the Treasury Department. The word was back then that the spies were stepping all over each other they were so thick there. I don't really think that that much has changed since then.So if you want some staffers to heed your "progressive" agenda while processing data, they are more than ready to heal.

And another thing, I think that Soros used the oil weapon on us to great effect. Now it's down to $60/barrel and dropping so that was a crippling tax on the economy at the right time if you want to elect your favorite socialist.

Just my opinion, of course.
