"Conga the LA Times" Monday, November 3, 2008 9AM – NOON

FreedomMarch.org is continuing the LA Times protest to inspire the newspaper to finally release its Khalidi-Obama video. Senator Obama was allegedly taped toasting former PLO spokesperson, Rashid Khalidi. Please join us for an hour, or all three, to demand that the LA Times fully disclose all information regarding presidential candidate Barack Obama.

"Conga the LA Times" Monday, Nov 3, 2008 9AM - NOON.
Bring your own flags, cameras, and signs. Travel via Metrolink is recommended.

LA Times HQ
202 West 1st St.
Los Angeles, CA 90012

The Los Angeles Times withheld vital character information regarding former Senator and presidential candidate, John Edwards. It's doing the same thing again with Barack Obama.

Join us to demand that the LA Times release the Khalidi-Obama video.

This just in, from www.victoriataft.com:
SCHLUSSEL: LA TIMES OBAMA TAPE FEATURES DANCE TROUPE KNOWN TO SIMULATE BEHEADINGS OF AMERICANS

Debbie Schlussel: EXCLUSIVE: Dance Troupe @ Obama-Khalidi Dinner (of Secreted Tape Fame) Simulated Beheadings in Recent PastBy Debbie Schlussel

**** Copyright 2008. Must cite Debbie Schlussel and link to DebbieSchlussel.com ****

As you all know, the Los Angeles Times is holding hostage a tape of Barack Obama at a 2003 Arab American Action Network (AAAN) dinner at which his friends, Rashid Khalidi, William Ayers, and Bernadine Dohrn were in attendance. It's the story I started when Los Angeles Times plagiarist/"reporter" Peter Wallsten ripped off my January column on Barack Obama's Nation of Islam staffers and friendship with AAAN founder Ali Abunimah.

But here's what you haven't yet heard: that a kids' dance troupe that appeared at the event has a history of simulating beheadings and stomping on American, Israeli, and British flags.

sanabelalquds2.jpg
sanabelalqudsswords2.jpg
Sanabel AlQuds Dance Troupe with Sword Beheading Accessories

Reports of the partial guest list at the 2003 dinner include "the Sanabel Debka troupe", but the group's name is really "Sanabel AlQuds Dabka troupe." Sanabel means "grains" or "kernels" (of wheat or barley) in Arabic. AlQuds, or "The Holy", is the Muslim name for Jerusalem, which is ripped-off from the eternal Hebrew name for Jerusalem, "Ir Kadosh", or Holy City.

The Milwaukee-based Muslim kids dancing troupe purports to perform the debka, a Middle-Eastern step-dance. But this group, made up of mostly Palestinian Muslims and under the auspices of the Milwaukee Muslim American Society does far more in its "performance." And it's frightening.

In June 2004, I went undercover and attended a Dearborn fundraising dinner for Islamic Relief, the Muslim Brotherhood charity that is a front for HAMAS and Al-Qaeda. The event was MC'ed by Rayed Tayeh, who orchestrated the Starbucks Coffee boycott and who is believed to be a HAMAS operative.

Sanabel AlQuds performed to songs calling for martyrdom to "get back Palestine." The kids were young boys, some of them appearing to be no older than seven years old.

But they didn't just dance the debkah.

Suddenly the Sanabel AlQuds dancers pulled out fake swords and rifles and adorned three of their troupe respectively with an American, Isreaeli, and British flag. The others pretended to behead and/or shoot the boys wearing the flags. Then they put red scarves over the three boys heads, signifying blood and no head. Then, the flags were taken off, thrown to the ground, and trampled on by this young group of Milwaukee dancers.

This was on the Sunday that U.S. contractor Paul Johnson was found beheaded in Saudi Arabia and not long after Nicholas Berg and several other westerners were found beheaded in Iraq.

Once I saw this "performance" I realized why there were signs all over saying, "No video equipment or cameras allowed."

...park at one of the Metro "Park and Ride" lots, and take the train to Pershing Square...
From www.metro.net/riding_metro:
Park and Ride locations are everywhere in LA County.

Many locations provide free parking. Most are adjacent to Metro Rail stations, bus transitways or Metro Rapid service for quick connections to the high speed commuting network. Carpool and Vanpool connections are also easier when freeway-adjacent Park and Ride lots are used.

Please put the word ‘Obama’ on your signs.

Drive-bys and picture takers have no idea what the controversy is about without it.

The message has to be VERY clear, and precise.
WHY are we protesting the L.A. Times?
Beacuse they are hiding a videotape that could hurt Obama.
EVERYTHING else is secondary, and dilutes our focus.
ALL of our signs must hammer home THIS message:

RELEASE THE
OBAMA
VIDEO

I wouldn’t line the cat box with the LA Times. I don’t have a subscription, but that isn’t a bad idea.

We need the Khalidi tape before the election, or the entire nation needs to ask, “Why not?”

Is the LA Times covering for Daley?

Published by joeljournal at 7:28 pm under Opinion

What is the real reason they won’t release the tape?

Most people have overlooked the fact that Sen Barack Obama wasn’t the only guest at Rashid Khalidi’s farewell.

The guest list included Chicago Mayor Richard Daley, who would surely be embarrassed by the release of the tape of the event currently being held by the L.A. Times.

The fact that the L.A. newspaper is owned by the Tribune Company of Chicago is of more than passing interest. So, too, is the fact that Daley has already been forced to cover up for another radical Obama associate...

Who Is Rashid Khalidi and Why Should You Care?

McCain's Presidential campaign made an unusual demand: that the Los Angeles Times release a video of a party that Barack Obama attended in 2003.

The party was for Rashid Khalidi, radical Palestinian activist and former PLO spokesman. Khalidi is head of the Middle Eastern Studies Department at Columbia, which Andrew McCarthy describes as a "bubbling cauldron of anti-Semitism."

Columnist Mona Charen adds, "Consistent with what you'd expect from someone who justified PLO attacks on civilians in Israel and Lebanon from 1970 to 1982, Khalidi routinely refers to Israel as a 'racist' and 'apartheid' state and professes to believe in a 'one state' solution to the conflict.

Guess which country would have to disappear for that 'one' state to come into existence?" According to McCarthy, the party "featured encomiums by many of Khalidi's allies, colleagues, and friends, including Barack Obama and Bill Ayers, the terrorist turned education professor. It was sponsored by the Arab American Action Network."

It is undisputed that the Obamas and the Khalidis are friends and that the Khalidis (like Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn) held a campaign event for Obama in their Hyde Park living room. But this association transcends friendship. Obama, in his capacity as a director of the Woods Fund, in 2001 and 2002 steered $75,000 to the Arab American Action Network, which McCarthy describes as "rabidly anti-Israel."

Even the Los Angeles Times (which has the tape) acknowledges that inflammatory comments against Israel were made.

LA Times Protest [on SUNDAY, 11/2] Cancelled Due to Weather
3 hours ago
Today's [Sunday, 11/2] protest at the LA Times building has been canceled due to weather. We may schedule another one to send a message just prior to or on election day, so please stay tuned.
TWO protests at the L.A. Times building were scheduled for today (Sunday, 11/2) -- this one sponsored by the JDL at 10 am, and the other at 2 pm.
Not sure yet about the status of the SECOND one.
Either way, they can both still join OUR FReep on MONDAY (11/3).
ALL are welcome!

Alright Ron!

I’m working on getting all the college groups supporting MAC to the LAT in the morning. Those kids have energy and enthusiasm. “Cut a class for your country.”

We’ll give them a note.
