The National Republican Senatorial Committee is already on the offensive in Georgia. Where were ads like this in the general election? Why did we not do a better job shapping the debate? This is the exact ads we need now and in 2010. Watch this ad at ObamaHood.org

The first election of the 2010 election cycle, and we’re gonna win it.

Thanks for reminding us about Georgia. Some of us need to get over last week and concentrate on December 2nd.

Wait a sec....what happened up in MN?

Also, is Lieberman going to caucus w/ the GOP or go back to his former party?

They will go all out to save this RINO seat so that Chambliss can vote with McCain and the Democrats from here on out.

We got this one. The libertarians and the Obama coat-tails among blacks are the primary reasons it was close. The libs and blacks won’t be as excited to vote in an election that doesn’t have their dear leader on the ticket. Couple that with the 3% the libertarians got and I think we cruise.

This is a precursor to the 2010 congressional elections where more democrat seats will be up for grabs.

Because we are a party whose ship is rudderless and whose captain is clueless. We don't get "down and dirty" until the chips are down and someone didn't do a very good job of reading the "chips" (McCain) until it was waaaaaaayyyyyyyy past "too late".

For us to prevail in 2010, we have to get in the Dems face much sooner and take the fight to them, NOT wait until AFTER cocktail hour to decide that we might need to fight back!!!

Republican Governors are going to be crucial to winning any more elections for republicans. They are going to have to clamp down on fraud in their states and enforce the rights of people to monitor the elections.

Saxby will ultimately win the runoff, but he’ll do so without my vote. I will not support this RINO. Scream and yell at me all day about how if I don’t support Saxby, then Obama gets a free pass in the senate. I don’t care. This race is no more and no less important than all of the other races we had last week. I made a promise that I would not vote for Saxby after some exchanges that I had with his office. They guy is an arrogant jerk in my book and honestly believes that he is better than the rest of the hard working americans since he is part of the elite joke of a nearly all good ol’ boy men’s club that we call the ‘senate’. I will not go back on my promise no matter how loud the RNC ‘scare’ rhetoric gets.

Sometimes elected officials need to find another profession. That’s the case with Saxby.

Saxby Chambliss is in the EXACT position he put himself in!

He has no one to blame, but himself and his RINO, sellout, voting record!

EVERYONE should call him, and call him now and more so than we did with the shAmnesty debacle. Let him know why he is in the position his is in.

He knows what needs to be done, plenty of have made sure of it.

“Where were ads like this during the general election?”

These, for the most part, are terrible ads. The ding dong that handled most of McCains ads must be doing them. Saxby’s whining about the danger to small businesses. The “common” people(Obamas supporters) could care less about the people who might be able to provide them jobs. They want to know what he will do directly for them(like pay their mortgages, fill up their tanks, etc.

Chambliss has a 94% ACU rating. 94%!!!! I am sick of people being smeared because they don’t vote 100% your way. I guess you want to hand Obama another senate seat and make it impossible to recapture the Senate in 2010.

Chambliss supported the Amnesty Bill, the Farm Bill, and the Bailout Bill. On top of that, he threw his support behind McCain early at a time when we still had a chance of getting an actual conservative as our candidate. Chambliss is now part of the same Club that has sold out the American Public everywhere.

The last time I told Chambliss what it will take to get my vote (i.e. vote against the bailout), he did the opposite.

I don't like Martin any more than you, but I am tired of being screwed over by Republicans. If Chambliss loses, he only has himself (and the State Party) to blame. And Isakson will soon follow. Then maybe we can get a real conservative in the Senate like Lynn Westmoreland or Herman Cain.

If we hadn’t held his feet to the fire that would be an 80%, if that.
