The California secretary of state should refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until President-elect Barack Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office, alleges a California court petition filed on behalf of former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others.
The legal action today is just the latest is a series of challenges, some of which have gone as high as the U.S. Supreme Court, over the issue of Obama's status as a "natural-born citizen," a requirement set by the U.S. Constitution.
WND senior reporter Jerome Corsi even traveled to Kenya and Hawaii prior to the election to investigate issues surrounding Obama's birth. But his research and discoveries only raised more questions.
The biggest question is why Obama, if a Hawaii birth certificate exists, simply hasn't ordered it made available to settle the rumors.

I believe at that meeting "they" told him they know ALL about him, and he better think twice about causing ANY damage to the USA. I believe that's why he came out of the meeting with the deer caught in the headlights look.
I haven’t quite put it together like you just mentioned, but I also wondered about that “intelligence” meeting so early in the cycle. He may have gotten the stern warning that yes you were elected, but we are watching every move you make - so don’t screw up.
Here’s the dividing point - if in fact us FReepers are correct that there is no BC that shows “The One” as a US citizen, I’m sure that the feds are working very hard to track this down.
For me, I think there’s a lot more going on in the background that we don’t know. I imagine tons of agents, investigators, moles, etc. working every angle of this same story at the federal level and will do everything possible to keep him out of office. But because of the repercussions, they would rather this come out as part of due process with lawsuits, internet chatter, and the like.

I can’t see how they wouldn’t know all about The One. The One can fool some of the people some of the time and all of the people some of the time, but he can’t fool all of the people all of the time! Something like that.
It was reported on an earlier thread that Berg himself said in a radio interview that the FBI and CIA knew alot more than he did but could only report if called as a witness in court.
If he knows that, so does Keyes. The Petition FOr Writ filed on Novembe 12th mentions the Berg case....Could it be that Keyes is going to use Berg as a witness too?
Even discredited Ed Hale mentioned the BC was obtained by “importer/exporters” Is that code for CIA? So who is discrediting Hale and why?

Yes I did write to Justice Thomas and sent my letter by registered mail/return receipt requested. I wrote to Justice Thomas concerning the Donafrio case. You are right about letters getting more attention and I am now going to write the reamaining Justices. I hope others will do the same!

Have you read about the reports that Ann Dunham moved to Sagua la Grande in Villa Clara, Cuba after graduating from high school in 1960, lived there in some sort of leftist commune, and was pregnant when she left for Hawaii in late 1960 or early 1961?
