Then, on Oct. 31st, the director of Hawaii's Department of Health issued a statement, proclaiming that he had personally seen and verified that the state has "Sen. Obama's original birth certificate on record," which shows that he was born there.

It's a photo ID certification (including identifying marks) absolutely confirming that an indivual was born in Hawaii.

Surely, the President-elect can come up with one of these documents.

More and more info is coming out that Obama was born in Kenya. Regardless, he lost citizenship when, as a minor child, his mom and stepdad got him Indonesian citizenship- a requirement to school in Indonesia.

The State of Hawaii’s argument in not releasing the BC is to protect the privacy of the individual. But Obama waived that right when he “released” his COLB. I suppose an argument could be made that he has never released the vault copy and since it contains different info, he has not waived his right in that respect. However, I don’t see any reason why his right was not waived as far as the Certification of Live Birth is concerned. Since he “released” it already, there are no privacy concerns regarding that document, so that should be open to the public. ( But of course, would the info on that document match the one he “released “? ) RELEASE THE COLB TO THE PUBLIC !!!

I don't believe that Obama will ever turn over his original birth certificate to any court of law as it will serve only to incriminate him and his lawyers know that. Anything that comes from his hands will be evidence that can only go against him.

If he turns over to the court anything that does not conform to the Factcheck document, then he will be admitting that the Factcheck document is a forgery.

At this point he is trapped into standing by the Factcheck forgery which he dare not present in a court of law for fear of perjury.

His very obfuscation and stalling tactics on this demonstrate that he is essentially pleading the 5th Amendment as his pathway to the office of POTUS --
