We are a nation of riches. We have resources. Why is the profit motive and Capitalism under attack recently. The US was built on free-market principles and the Democrats seem hell-bent on tearing it down. What can we do about evil among us(dems). Im so sick and tired of bashing by the left here. There seem to be so many infiltrators. Ive been lurking for some time now and I feel its time to fight back. The BC issue seems to be going nowhere, even though its evident that Obama is not a citizen
Im so frustrated right now that the ideals of Conservatism is being attacked on a daily basis. What can we do to fight back!!??!!
Cheaper wages in Mexico?

Click on the dec 5 show and listen closely, especially the first 20-30 minutes. You will hear more answers to your questions in that audio than anyone here can give you in a post.
In case you haven't noticed, and judging by your generous use of capitalism in your vanity you haven't...this is not a purely capitalist society nor has it been for the last 90 years.
I tried to sneak across the border to Mexico yesterday for better economic opportunities and the damn Mexican INS sent me back to Newark, NJ.
20-30 minutes? Can’t you just summarize it?
I have a philosophy on it but it is brutally honest. It has something to do with the 70’s mindset.
I didn’t know you were Mexican!
I didn’t know you were American! I’m not Mexican yet. I’m still trying to sneak over the border and get citizenship. White sand beaches, Cancun, Corona.
You haven't seen any, have you? This could be hugh...

-Truer than we think, America is Dying.
What can we do fight back now? Unfortunately very little. The left took over the schools and the media years, no decades, ago. They have successfully corrupted literally generations of people, and those dupes are now in the majority. They will ingore facts to the contrary (see “cognitive dissonance”) until reality forces a mentally painfull shift to a reality based worldview.
What that means is we will not see this country move back to reality - the antithesis of leftism - until the general population feels real pain from this country’s radical move to the left. I pray that it is merely economic pain, but with the world as it is, it is likely to be massive physical pain (i.e., followers of islam nuking US cities or the like).
We are in for a rough ride...
It’s not capitalism that fails, it’s people that fails.
Capitalism requires the rule of law, the honoring of agreements, etc.
Our legal system has been almost completely corrupted by the advent of legal postivism, and in the post modern world of moral relativism, things such as honest dealing. fiduciary duty, and keeping one’s word as just one set of values that some choose to adhere to, but could also choose differently at another time.
That’s why capitalism is failing, because nobody trusts any one else. They don’t trust the people they deal with, and they don’t trust law enforcement to adjudicate justly.
It’s just another lesson on why morality matters. People think the moral aspect of society can be kept separate from the economic and other more “practical” aspects. But in reality they are all connected.
CREDIT
Credit for too big homes, credit for too many cars, credit cards for junk, credit for gizmos, credit for vacations, credit for big boy toys, credit for everything. No savings, minimal investments.
Oh, forgot, in addition, a deadly dose of POLITICAL CORRECTNESS.
A) Because the money boys didn’t understand the nature of the risks they were taking.
B)Because the world became awash in credit
Capitalism (good, in the beginning) progresses to unfettered capitalism, crony capitalism and fascist-like government-capitalism.
When we first elected Bill Clinton it was to the foolish chant "character doesn't count". History will record that we elevated a man that we new was flawed - and we will be judged harshly for our folly.
Enjoy this Christmas, for the next one may not be the same.
What capitalist economy? We’ve been practicing mercantilist fascism for some time, now.
The money made by putting the system at risk was probably also a strong motivating factor. If you could secure the economic future of your children, your children’s children and their children by the time you were 35, you might take a few risks and cut some corners yourself.
