“CONTRASTS” during the Christmas Season.
The children of our Vietnam Vets are now proudly serving our Country. The video TO OUR PARENTS (tissue alert) by OperationMOM.org was originally posted on FR in To Our Parents (from Children of Vietnam Veterns) by do the dhue. A Christmas Thank You to ALL those who have and are serving our Country.
Another tribute to our Vets is Wreaths-Across-America as shown on the FR thread “http://www.wreaths-across-america.org/” by shove_it. Gathering of Eagles also has a great report on the wreaths being laid at National Cemetery, Farmingdale, NY and links to other cemeteries. On Wednesday, the Military Channel had a section on the Wreaths Across America.
In contrast, Code Pink and other anti-troop, anti-American groups held a protest on Wednesday at the White House, honoring the guy that threw his shoes at President Bush.

The Patriots in Olney occasionally get harassed though. BELOW TOP: Lady arguing with me about the War in Iraq while I get my sign. The “itch” finally leaving. BELOW BOTTOM: One of our many supporters comes jogging by.
BELOW TOP: We primarily have the Marines and Army standing with us, occasionally having some friendly rivalry conversations . While members of other services come out, they haven’t complained about not having their flag. Probably because we do have a banner showing ALL the military branches. The exuberance of our side can’t even be compared to the moonbats, who are mostly lumps. Eeevil Conservative just last week commented on their dejected disposition. From Week 95, Plea Deal took this video of VictoryNY, Concretebob and TankerBabeLC Somewhere in the hundreds of pics that [Mrs] T has taken is a pic of VictoryNY actually having both feet about 4 inches off the ground. I just couldn’t find it.
There was even some “CONTRASTS” in iMacMan’s “vehicle supporter pics”.

As always, the D.C. Chapter's rules for protesting will be in effect. Briefly, they are: No violence, no profanity, no racism, no provocations, obey the law and treat all law enforcement officers with respect.
But a lot of verbal engagement in Olney is always welcome.
