Supreme Court to talk about Obama 3rd time Berg eligibility case set for conference Jan. 9

One of the original legal challenges to President-elect Barack Obama's eligibility for office to reach the U.S. Supreme Court now has been scheduled for a conference, a meeting at which the justices discuss its merits and whether to step into the fray.

Online schedules posted by the court show the case brought by attorney Philip J. Berg is set for a conference Jan. 9.

The case is one among several that already have reached the U.S. Supreme Court and address the issue of Obama's eligibility to occupy the Oval Office under the U.S. Constitution's requirement that presidents be "natural born" citizens.

Berg has submitted several requests for injunctions, seeking the court's order to stay proceedings in the electoral process until his case is heard, but the request have been rejected.

His original claim, however, remains on track to be heard.

"I know that Mr. Obama is not a constitutionally qualified natural born citizen and is ineligible to assume the office of president of the United States," Berg said in a statement on his ObamaCrimes.com website.

"Obama knows he is not 'natural born' as he knows where he was born and he knows he was adopted in Indonesia; Obama is an attorney, Harvard Law grad who taught Constitutional law; Obama knows his candidacy is the largest 'hoax' attempted on the citizens of the United States in over 200 years; Obama places our Constitution in a 'crisis' situation; and Obama is in a situation where he can be blackmailed by leaders around the world who know Obama is not qualified," Berg's statement continued.

The cases, in various ways, have alleged Obama does not meet the "natural born citizen" clause of the U.S. Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, which reads, "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the

Berg was an attorney for the truthers. Basically he was doing what attorneys do. I heard an interview with him a while back and he was asked if he believed what the Truthers did. His answer was basically “Not necessarily”.

Yes and a clarification. If the Supreme Court find that Obama is not a ‘natural born citizen’ after Obama is sworn in as president, it will take Congress to act on the SCOTUS ruling to impeach him.

Many of the Obots and others think Obama will be in the clear after January 20th, not so. The liar in chief would have the biggest political problem that would rival any in history, which would dog him for the rest of his administration if Congress does not do their Constitutional duty.

If you want to prove that Obama was born in Kenya, all you need to do is file a FOIA Request with the State Department for them to release a copy of Obama’s DS-1350 which would have been issued at the U.S. Embassy in Kenya.

Scalia may enjoy the constitutional question. After the electoral college and Congress certify, but it is still shown that the prez can’t be the prez, then he can’t be. Roberts won’t swear him in, Scalia will laugh all the way to his chair, and Joe Biden will have to take over the oval. If only this all came to pass.

There’s one problem with what you say. Obama’s mommy may not have gone to the U.S. Kenyan Embassy in 1961 to file her foreign birth.

I realize that alot of people think this is a bunch of hooey

Well they better pay attention to this and about a half dozen other things that are quietly going on behind the scenes. (not all of them having to do with Zero)

the Michigan House passed HB 6610 (the National Popular Vote Plan bill) last week.

Let’s get 0bama’s true birth documentation, whatever it consists of, into public view. This is definitely a need to know issue.

Nice try at misdirection. Perhaps you would like to tell us how anything in Berg's past changes anything about the affirmative action candidate?

How is Berg following the directive of clients who lost loved ones on 911 changing anything regarding Obama’s stonewalling and ineligibility?

Perhaps you would like to explain for us how Berg's past cases change the fact that Obama’s father was a British citizen thus Obama lacked parents who were Anmerican citizens and is thus not natural born, and Obama has refused to reveal any of the documentation of his adult life and his actual certificate of birth wherever he was born?

You trying to assassinate Phil Berg's character in no way changes the facts and lack of regard for the Constitution Obama is gaming for yet another affirmative action benefit.

If Mother Obama did not go to the U.S. Embassy to apply for a birth certificate, how is it that she got Baby Obama into the U.S. without documentation. I for example, was born overseas and my mama had to have documentation to get me into the U.S.

I needed that BC from the U.S. Embassy to enroll in school, play Little League, set my S.S. Card, get my U.S. Passport, my DL enroll in College etc.

How do you propose Obama did all the above things without a B.C?

Lawyer Slapped With $10K in Sanctions for 'Laundry List of Unethical Actions' Shannon P. Duffy The Legal Intelligencer July 25, 2005

Finding that a Pennsylvania lawyer had committed a "laundry list of unethical actions," a federal judge has imposed more than $10,000 in sanctions and ordered the lawyer to complete six hours of ethics training..... U.S. District Judge J. Curtis Joyner's 10-page opinion in Holsworth v. Berg is packed with criticism of the conduct of attorney Philip Berg of Lafayette Hill, Pa

But the sanctions against Berg stem from his decision to file a third-party counterclaim of fraud against a pension fund that had sued his former clients, according to court papers.... Joyner blasted Berg for filing the fraud claim, calling it an "irresponsible decision" because the claim was "utterly barren of any scintilla of legal principles."

Wasn’t Berg just a lawyer for a 911 truther? Would you cast guilt on all lawyers for what their plantiffs did or didn’t do or what the plantiff may believe?

Maybe it depends on the state. I’ve always lived in Massachusetts, and I don’t have a copy of my birth certificate. I enrolled in two colleges (UMass/Amherst and Boston University), registered to vote, got a driver’s license, etc., and never had to show my birth certificate. I do not have a passport, as I have not traveled outside the United States.
