December 28, 2008 UK and Vatican Call for Cease Fire in Gaza

by Bill Levinson

The United Kingdom has called for an “immediate halt” to violence in Gaza, while the Pope called upon “all sides” to end the violence.

We do not recall either Britain or the Vatican speaking up when Hamas was pouring rockets and mortar shells into Israel. We therefore do not see why Israel should even listen to anything that either entity has to say now that Hamas is reaping what it has sown.

I am sure the request by the Vatican will be heeded after an atomic explosion or two.

That was what it took to stop the violence in the Pacific theater in 1945.

The calls for a cessation of the violence only come when Israel is winning. Why is that?

Lets send a few hundred rockets every day onto the heads of the Vatican and London (what a short memory THEY have).

Then lets ask them their opinion again.

Israel shouldn’t stop til the job is done. Don’t succume to pressure from these left wing goons. If they love Gaza so much, they should move there

Ceasefire? Sure, right after the mission is complete.

Some will lie to say that the Vatican didn't say that. But yes, the Vatican said it and has made the same kind of statement many times before.

Vatican Condemns Israel for Attacks on Lebanon

Excerpt:

Vatican Secretary of State Cardinal Angelo Sodano said Pope Benedict and his aides were very worried that the developments in the Middle East risked degenerating into "a conflict with international repercussions."

"In particular, the Holy See deplores right now the attack on Lebanon, a free and sovereign nation, and assures its closeness to these people who already have suffered so much to defend their independence," he told Vatican Radio.

"I am sure the request by the Vatican will be heeded after an atomic explosion or two."

Maybe after Iran launches on the Vatican and on London (see German movements during WWII).

The sissies of the world need to drink a nice, tall glass of STFU! I leave the Vatican out, I expect them to call for peace, and it doesn’t bother me, but I would also ignore that call, because the time has come to wipe these cowardly rats the **** out for good!

And how many such calls were being made when Hamas was launching its rockets?

Once this mission is complete and the palis start with their missiles again, the additional Israeli policy should = one mile into Gaza and flattening that area. For each Pali missile fired, one additional mile into Gaza until the Palis are pushed out to sea. Let them take life boats to London and Rome for “safety”.

I’ve come up with a simple plan. If Israel has finally had enough of the Gazans, it should push them into Egypt. But then it should pay reparations to each man, woman and child of a total amount of $10B.

For the 1.5 million Gazans, this works out to $6,600 each. The average annual pay of an Egyptian is $1,300.

Then the US can double the Israel contribution, and Palestinians will be a wealthy class within Egypt.

The GDP of Israel is $170B. So $10B would be a bargain to be done with the Gazans for good.

And for the icing on the cake, the Israelis might even encourage the Israeli Arabs to move to Gaza from Israel proper, as a much more peaceful and prosperous people.

The vatican has shown where they stand on the front of right and wrong. They stayed silent as 53% of Catholics voted for Marxist, pro-baby killer Barry H. Obama as POTUS, and now denounce Israel as they fight Islamo-facism!!

This former Catholic says enough!!

There are some easy guesses.

I'm always amazed at the stop the violence crowd, you can count on it every time. Joe Blow calls for world peace, Bilgewater is distressed and Sally is saddened and urges a quick solution to this unfortunate event.

Nobody listens and most are quietly rooting for there side to win, but all will walk around with dour expressions and express regrets, ect. Welcome to strange world of Alice in Wonderland.

I wondered the same thing.
