"Well, again, we're wondering here whether or not Barack Obama in fact is the president of the United States," Chris Wallace told Fox News viewers, well over an hour after Obama had taken the oath of office today.
Fox News replayed the swearing-in moment when President Obama and Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. each bobbled the words to the constitutional oath. "They had a kind of garbled oath," Wallace said.
"It's just conceivable that this will end up going to the courts," Wallace speculated.

Especially obscene is the feigned adherence to the oath of office, attaching extra significance to it to make up for the lack of significance of the oath when it came time to present a qualifying birth certificate in order to take the oath to begin with.

What part of “shall end at noon” and “shall then begin” is hard for you? It comes after. It supercedes. The End.
Yes his TERM shall begin However Before he enter the Execution of his Office he shall take the Oath.
IOW his term starts at Noon and will End Four Years later at Noon but he can't Execute his Office (Sign Legislation and Treaties ETC.) till he takes the Oath.
Its why he retook the Oath and its why Constitutional Scholars said he must retake the Oath.
