OBAMA RE-SWORN IN
At 735 pm, Roberts administred the oath of office again to obama in the map room. Robert gibbs said the wh counsel, greg craig, believes the oath was fine Tuesday, but one word was out of sequence so they did this out of a "an abundance of caution." "We decided it was so much fun..." Obama joked while sitting on a couch. Obama stood and walked over to make small talk with pool as roberts donned his black robe. "Are you ready to take the oath?" Roberts asked. "I am, and we're going to do it very slowly," obama replied. Oath took 25 seconds. After a flawless recitation, roberts smiled and said, "congratulations, again." Obama said, "thank you, sir." Smattering of applause. "All right." Obama said. "The bad news for the pool is there's 12 more balls."
Ah, yes, the Presidential Oath of Office that takes place on the 21st day of January, just as the Constitution provides for ...

The terms of the President and Vice President shall end at noon on the 20th day of January, and the terms of Senators and Representatives at noon on the 3d day of January, of the years in which such terms would have ended if this article had not been ratified; and the terms of their successors shall then begin.
So, who was President from yesterday noon up until 7:30 pm today?

Biden you say? Maybe, but the 20th Amendment doesn’t provide for such an occurrence really, now does it? And if it does by Default, isn’t Biden the President by default STILL and Obama swore in under false pretenses?

Did you see any coverage of the inaugural balls last night? BHO and Michelle attended 10 balls, and "danced" 10 times to that same song, over and over again. It was weird.
Is that typical? Doesn't the couple dance to any song at each ball, or does it have to be one specific song?

It’s official, Obama is now the 43rd person to be sworn in as president. (For some reason, Cleveland is double counted for his non consecutive terms.) Of course, any judge would have sufficed. To my knowledge, only other president to have been sworn in twice is Calvin Coolidge, who was initially sworn in by his father, a notary public. When he returned to DC from what had initially been a quiet vacation for the then Vice President, Coolidge was sworn in by a Federal Judge.
Yes sir! The Usurper can’t do the simplest first act of a president. He of course is not the president due to his unwillingness to comply with The Constitutional requirement to even run for president.
It is certainly telling that he flubbed the oath. He studied Constitutional Law after all. Yes Yes lurkers and trolls, Roberts screwed up too, but Usurper certainly knows the oath by heart. He’s been wanting to take the oath all his muslim life!

I don’t agree. It was Obama who originally jumped the gun an cut off Roberts, and that was what initiated the blunders...
Do you suppose all his “present” votes were not just to make him immune from his possibly making an unpopular vote later to be used against him in an election,,,but also to not harm any measure being voted on, since if (WHEN I hope) he is found to be the foreign liar he is, all the things he voted on as “present” will not become null and void because he didn’t really vote? Does that make sense, I hope so.
I guess the Senatorial office he had, probably doesn’t have a natural US citizen requirement, or does it? I don’t know. It should.
Having him in the Senate a short time, gave cover to his being foreign born, and paved a smooth path to the presidency for him despite his ineligibility.
This guy is diabolical. He has got to be exposed. There’s so much dirt on him already. I have to believe someone is going to crack open the veneer on Usurper. Someone will start talking eventually.
