Gregory S. Hollister, USAF Colonel (Retired), filed a complaint through his attorney Philip J. Berg for Interpleader, Declaratory and Injunctive Relief on Dec. 29, 2008 as result of his concern Barry Soetoro is not constitutionally qualified pursuant to Article II, Subsection 1, Clause 5 of the US Constitution to hold the Office of President of the United States.
Hollister asserts in his petition Soetoro submitted an electronic copy of his Certification of Live Birth to be viewed publicly online and notes the Hawaii Department of Health issues a Certification of Live Birth to parents of children born in foreign countries and to children not born in a hospital.
Obama/Biden responded to the complaint on January 26, 2009 with a motion to dismiss on grounds Plaintiff's allegations are false and baseless.

0bama is very likely NOT a natural born US Citizen, based on the law in effect at the time of his birth. There has been much written on the matter, and so far all suits have run into procedural issues of one sort or another.
I am encouraged to see that the Anointed One has responded, at least. There may yet be hope that the truth will prevail.

All Barry has to do is show a REAL Birth Certificate. What is so hard about that? All that Dan Ratherbiased had to do was produce a hand signed, hand typed National Guard memo. instead he had a photocopy of such a creation.

A few months ago somebody here suggested that maybe Stanley wasn’t the mother, maybe it was Stanley’s mother, the woman who recently died.
At the time I dismissed the comment as absurd. Since that time I’ve tried to imagine what could be on the original certificate that could be that embarrassing - as Obama claims. There’s nothing else that I could think of.

How can they argue this point without producing the one and only document that would prove it? According to the footnote (1) on the second page of the motion, "President Obama has publicly produced...." blah blah blah "factcheck.org". I'm wondering... is this the first time that there is a direct connection (no middle-men or cut-outs) between Obama (at least his counsel) and that document on factcheck? I really don't know. I guess he's "all-in" on a document many don't buy.
